The food was amazing, desert let them down for me. The starter & mains were out of this world
The place is a bit small, it felt "cramped" & bit noisy
The service though, top notch , thank you @ Lwazi Moyo 4 serving us so wonderfully & gracefully!

We landed up with a large group function in the upstairs area. The noise levels were unpleasant and although we asked, we did not get moved to an empty table downstairs.

What a disappointment. Very noisy to the point where you can't hear your loved ones around your table. We waited for the food for almost an hour and then the biggest disappointment. Small portions, pale food, and not even tasty, definately not up to standard for the price you pay. Every thing is very expensive. Look at other restaurants before considering this one. You will certainly get better food and pay much less.

Awesome interior, great food selection. Foods and drinks set on fire for effect so don't be alarmed, it's all safe) I will definitely try it again.

Good food, great vibes and the service it just awesome. Remember to book else you might/will wait.

And if you go on a Friday or Saterday it get abit loud but it worth it.

This is one few upper class restaurant in Pretoria where you get quality food. Everything I ate this restaurant was made to perfection. If this place was not expensive I would eat there everyday.

Amazing sushi, excellent service and very interesting menu! Will definitely be going back for more.

The sirloin steak was great. However, the presentation was disappointing. Tiramisu was disappointing, cream needs to set, but was prepared and served at the table.
Waiter was a little impatient, but later
warmed up.
All in all it was a lovely evening with the gals.

The fire is the event! Just be careful not to get your hair burned as the special fireing sauce is slowly poured over your delicious steak!

The food is great. Fireroom can get busy at times so maybe think of booking. Wide variety off food from meat to sushi.

So we went to fireroom on the 13th of September 2023 to celebrate my sister 41th birthday. We made reservations and also ask if they allow photographers and they said as long as there is no flashlight its when we got there everything seemed ok. Drinks were served and orders for food were placed. Then our photographer arrived.when he started taking photos the manager came to me and said photographers are not allowed, I told him about our booking and requests, he said it was miscommunicated to us and unfortunately there is nothing that can be done. I tried pleading with him and he refused, then I asked for our drinks bill to settle so that we can move to another restuarant, he said we have to pay for the food as well since we placed an order, we can take the food as take-aways.i told him that unfortunately I wont pay for that food, my sister and kids left as I waited to settle the bill, then suddenly he changed his mind and said we can stay and our photographer can capture photos. We did stay but our day was ruined, the waiters were all amazing, the food and drinks very nice, but the treatment we got from the manager was totally disappointing. We will never go back there

The service hosts were rude, talking to us unprofessional, the waiters kept changing without any one informing us, we had 3 waiters in one night and they hardly attended to us, nonetheless the food was good, the service hosts need training

Extremely poor experience was had. Service was bad food and food was bad. Will not recommend! If you want the Fireroom experience rather go to Montecasino the food and service is 100x times better there! 8 people at our table and all complained about their dishes. Atmosphere was not too bad
