Restaurant Frangelicas reviews
12My second visit to this place. Business meeting. Nice vibe. I again had coffee. My card bounced. Oops! Poor money management.
Yet another example of a kosher South African restaurant that pays zero attention to detail. Both our eggs and fries came without seasoning. The fries were soggy and terrible. Our server was quick, but brought the fries 5 minutes after our mains were finished. How a place like this stays open is beyond me - but it speaks volumes of the patrons.
It was mother's day. The restaurant was busy and the service was slow. The waiter was great and the food was superb.
Lovely food, lovely service, lovely people. Kosher restaurant in Glenhazel with outside seating and awesome ambiance. Really worth a visit!
Franjelicas is an excellent kosher milk restaurant The food is fresh and their cakes and biscuits are excellent
Their cheesecake is outstanding
Their soups are delicious. I certainly recommend Franjelicas
Delicious French Toast and other yummies. Really made an effort to have an order from a friend delivered halfway across Joburg. Above and beyond service. And absolutely delicious food.
The vegetarian pizza was thin, crisp, firm.the way a pizza should be presented. Well done. I am going back to Frangelicas.
Always such a pleasure to visit Frangelicas. Quality at a reasonable price with really great service.
Food took abit long but we were a big group. Amazing food! Everyone one raved about their food:)
Good variety, tasty, nice presentation, good service.
By the way, it's a few months that we were at a function there - not 2 weeks ago.
Looked forward to visit you But Was a bit disappointed
Cappuccino cold Cream for scones arrived after coffee was finish
Staff chat more than a standard of service
I am sure at times it can be better
For my first time taking a friend that came to visit from Australia...
I was not impressed
Sweeping next to our table while I tried to enjoy a conversation with coffee (cold)
Kosher Milk resturant in the heart of Glenhazel has just moved to bigger premises and this move is a positive improvement. The menu is delicious, my personal favs being the cheesecake, avo & halloumi wrap, pepperdew pasta, muelisi and any muffins and cakes actually, but they are expensive, meal for 3 set us back R350. It was very good with generous portions and the coffee beans are good. There is still a fair amount of building and chaos going on and air conditioning is noticablly absent. A big Mazaltov to the owners, to maintain a good kosher restaurant is not an easy feat.
