6 The Doctor that assisted my girlfriend is no doctor he asked me what medical pills should i give to my girlfriend, he was even hardly dressed like a doctor and he couldn't/t even talk straight English this is useless tried to contact complaints department they don't want to do anything they are useless, unfortunate there support was useless so ill have to bring my lawyer into this your practice is unprofessional and useless and trust me i am not scared of doctors there is no way we are putting our life's into this doctors hand.

How do i pay a doctor if he ask me for a solution useless the complaints department the life accident partner department is uselesssssssssss
I just got home from Fourways Life where an amazing doctor saw my daughter. Everything was seamless and professional but the biggest shout out goes to Chadwin at reception of Dr Frankel who made me and my daughter laugh and feel comfortable and was just overall totally amazing! Thank you so much for a good experience in the middle of the night with a sick child!
Shocking treatment from the Casualty Unit at Fourways Life. Our daughter was admitted and had to undergo an emergency operation. Doctor said that she was only acting and that there was nothing wrong. Multiple emails later the matter is still not resolved.
Received an SMS 2 years after my sons nose was seen to for a 2 hour nose bleed which was paid at the hospital directly, i am now being handed over to the lawyers for R180 outstanding to their debt collection company, how does your accounts department not send invoicing or statements immediately after the treatments been seen to or even when payment is needed.you sent me nothing for 2 years.i am so angry
Very poor administration. Received the SMS from their lawyers, but never received any invoice and never had outstanding payments.
