Fresh Earth Food Store

I didn't dine at the restaurant portion of this establishment as yet, but at the Fresh Earth Food Store you can definitely find health food items which someone on a keto/banting/gluten-free diet would appreciate. They also have wheatgrass shots on the menu for the health conscious.

My 9 year old son told me to give this rating after eating the BBQ burger special today. Everything is very fresh and well put together.

The vegetatian burger is delicious. The potato chips are very creamy and crispy. Words out of my son's mouth.

I have been coming to Fresh Earth for years and truly their standard never waivers. I always find their food to have the comfort of a home cooked meal with restaurant quality. The food is always perfectly spiced and always fresh and delicious. Their buffet is probably one of the few buffets that I truly enjoy and would come back to time and time again. The staff are friendly, kind and helpful. Even if you are not vegan or vegetarian, you will love this restaurant because the food is to die for.

Best gluten free bread I've been able to find anywhere! Love that Fresh Earth always has options for every dietary requirement. The one thing that I'm not a fan of is that they leave some of their baked goods uncovered on display, so I usually avoid those as I wouldn't want to eat something that's been open all day.

Friendly knowledgeable staff and food is beautifully presented in a great atmosphere!

I called to check if they have sugar free ice cream as my Partner is diabetic and we wanted a nice ice cream date they confirmed they did but when I arrived at the Emmertia branch they said they didn’t after we drove all the way

My first experience of Fresh Earth, their BBQ Chicken Bagel is delicious, the best I’ve had, and it is vegan I might add. Coffee was also great, would highly recommend to anyone.

This store is managed by the owner and therefore the service is great, the staff are always friendly and courteous. The food is fresh and tasty. I enjoyed everything about this store.

Fresh Earth have worked hard to create a special little spot in Joburg with delicious healthy food with ingredients sourced from local suppliers.

I always feel so clean and wholesome after having a meal here. The picture of vibrant health after a green juice and plant-based low carb wrap. Their coffee is devilishly good too and it's a great place to meet attractive Ohm Shanti hippy types with good vibes if you're into that. ;) I mean, who isn't?

Poor packaging for wraps on Uber eats. Arrived soggy and sticking to the box. Dressing for Cranberry salad tastes too bitter, like there is alcohol in it. Gluten free brownies are delicious. Going forward I’ll stick to the brownies and order meals for delivery elsewhere.

This company takes customer service to another level! I am always impressed with the level of service. Food quality is absolutely superb and everything is always super tasty. I highly recommend.

You don't have to be vegan to shop here, but don't go looking for meat products
Very good bread, and lots of other whole food products.
Their store on Conrad Drive is a bit bigger but has pretty much the same products.
Street parking is controlled by more-than-usually useless car guards.

Fresh Earth? More like Fresh Hell! Matthew is an awful person. Have you heard him talk to his staff? [I was gonna sleep on this, but no! I can't. And he steals blankets from homeless people. Shameful! ]

Great vegan and vegetarian options, caters to most dietary needs. Staff are friendly and vibrant. Feels like a home away from home!

Excellent food on the menu, with a large variety. Also has a very awesome store with many health products. Would recommend any day.

Good food and polite service but only issue was a missing details about the garnish ontop of the pizza. Otherwise was a pleasant meal

While health food shops have become more accessible and fresh food is a way out drive for me it is still by far my favourite of all food shops.

The team here stays on top of what their patrons need and I have never looked for something I could not find here.

And then their restaurant has to be mentioned. Fantastic food options. (You can have your brownie either straight up traditional, or a gluten-free version or sugar and wheat free made with dates. I have had all of them and I would not be able to choose a favourite.)

The people there are super knowledgeable and extremely helpful. You would not go wrong driving out to Emmerentia.
