Game Festival Mall (Incl Liquor)

We can’t always go the physical store hence the telephone but They never answer the phone! Why not cancel the landline altogether because I don’t see the point of having it! I’m irritated by this because I really needed help and couldn’t work!

Fat lump was not interested in showing me any of the Aircons.

Slow to respond, slurred slow speed, not sure how people like that are working there.

Service was extremely slow, we waited for about 30 minutes for someone to help us with what we were looking for. Wouldn't recommend!

While the mall was relatively busy during my visit, it wasn't overwhelmingly crowded. However, some items I was looking for were not in stock, which was a slight disappointment. Parking was a challenge to find during peak hours, and I ended up spending some time searching for a spot.

Overall, my visit to Game Festival Mall was a positive one. The vast product range, competitive prices, and attentive customer service make it a go-to shopping destination. The store's organization and cleanliness contributed to a pleasant shopping experience. While minor setbacks like out-of-stock items and parking difficulties were present, they didn't overshadow the overall positive impression. I would rate my visit with 4 stars, reflecting the enjoyable shopping experience and the mall's strengths.

As always the staff go out of their way to help customers. Their returns department staff proofed it today again. Thanks again

They never answer their phones and at that time you need assistance and you can't go to their store because you at work.

I want each and every person to read this.dont always believe the negetive reviews you read on the internet.these are sad horible customers who always likes to wine. I have never ever had a bad service in any shop. Whay? Simply because I respect the people and their job.if you screem and be horible. Even I wouldnt want to help you.rude spoiled people. I have never had a problem with the staff. Or the shop.a little respect gos a long way.

Unfortunately I was not happy. I went into the shops briefly and when I returned to my van my long Extension Ladder had been stolen from the roof.

Poor service. This whole price beat doesn't work in this store. The staff would rather let you go purchase the product at a place where you can find it cheaper than to at least try to match the price. Staff at the Home Appliances section referred me to Hirsch's because of a wash & dry washing machine which i know very well is available at your DC. Poor service there too. Takealot will take most of your business

Went in for a special i saw on the papers, Dudes by the TVs there were not soo cool. Probably they were tired. I just think smiles and patience could do a beautiful trick on that department.

Yho I had the worst service on the 20th december 2018. I really think game store management should offer their staff some training on customer service. Really Bad service!

The staff were very helpful, they answered the phone promptly, I was put through to the department I needed and Relebohile gave me answers to all my questions. I am definetly going there to purchase.

Game mmm. I am happy with the service you really do assist but one has to almost beg for an extra effort from, never the less you do assist. O. This visit the gadgets area was not attended don't know why. On another visit the ladies at the gadget area said they could not assist with a special that was running, though I suspected that there was some hidden agenda there though it was a while ago.

It is a good mall and it has a lot of the stores that I shop in which makes it convenient for also taking the distance from my house into account it makes it even more convenient for me
