Game Mall at Reds Centurion

We purchased a TV from game on black Friday and we found it cheaper on takealot today. We went to the store to claim the beat the price as per the policy on the net and behind our slip. A man was called who refused to listen or entertain my query as he claimed the policy has changed and game is in the process of changing the till rolls to reflect the same which was not what was explained behind the till slip we had.
As somebody who works in retail, I know the rules very well and I am very experienced so I told him that I will wait for it to be taken further. The female employee Margaret called head office and confirmed we should receive the money back. That man needs to be educated on the policy before trying to assist customers and be difficult. This employee is costing game their reputation.

I received the worst service from a teller by the name of Ouma Kekana. I bought a flusk from the store and it had dust all over it and I asked her to please wipe the dust of as I can't buy something so dusty, futher explaining to her that they were all dusty on the shelf. She had attitude towards me and told me that it's not her job and told me that I should get a wet wipe at the door and clean it myself. Never came across such in my entire life.

This is the worst store to visit, evertime I have been there it has been unbearably hot inside as if the Airconditioning has not ever been working. Made me leave and not buy anything.

Bad bad bad service. This branch doesn't care about their customers at all together with your delivery guys: (

How can Game Mall@Reds still be in business?
We returned a device.
They cannot write the amount back to a card, so you have to take cash.
However they cannot find R1900. We have been waiting 30 minutes already, but absolutely no urgency or attempt at providing customer service

Very busy Sunday in store with two cashiers. No manager in sight. No assistance. Don't spend your money here.

Music is always to loud, staff is not responding when you ask a question, always like only 2 tills open, aircon isn't working, one can easily faint cause you stand endlessly.

I often make use of this particular Game store and regret it each time. The service is terrible on every level. The stock they do have is either old, broken, incorrectly priced or out of stock.
Asked a lady for help with a desk today, she went to check the price as it was not listed, as usual, she then shouts from about 20m away "hey" and gesture for me to go there instead of walking to me to give me the information. My game card has also been cloned at this particular store and they emptied my account. Let me not get into how long it took to resolve it. This store will eventually close down in my opinion if you look at the downward trend over the last few year of this particular store. Dionwired already closed down (same group) so you would think that they will do all they can to provide excellent service and products. But I guess not.

The worst customer service ever.

I'm so surprised at the level of incompetence at this store. I bought a washing machine, that was supposed to be delivered the following day. A week later, no communication, I now have to constantly contact them.

I love the place and prices are affordable.
I even so a lot that I need and compared the prices with other places.
The service is excellent

They sometimes have what you need most of the time they dont have and on black friday they are very rude

They sell bicycles with 29" wheels but they don't have any 29" tubes in stock. Went back after a weeks and still nothing. I got from Cagees cycles

Advertised eggs on special. Low price of R47.99 for a tray of 30 eggs. Stupid me rushed to Game on the 27th to buy this awesome special, even bought 3 trays, just to realize today that the expiry date was 29 Jan. Should have checked, so much for trusting Game all these years. How convenient this was for them not to say a word but to get the stock out. There should be something one can do about this. Thank you Game Mall @ Reds for making my 68 year old mother sick. Will not recommend you to any of my family and friends.

Extremly Bad! DON'T BUY ANYTHING HERE PLEASE! I bought a KIC fridge last year in noverber and only got it in late december. Now the fridge isn't even cold inside. I've Called them a lot of times and then they just put me on hold for about 8 times. Please don't buy anthing here because you'le wait more than a month for delivery and then the product doesn't even work. Never again in my life will i buy anything there!

A lovely large Game. You can be sure to get exactly what you want when you visit. Very clean and neat compared to other Game stores I have visited. Staff were helpful and friendly.

Very disorganised and dark. Had to hunt for everything I was looking for. Will not be visiting again

Virgin active on the premises was a tick for me. On overall they have most of the shops that you will need. The restaurant side has a view that you will enjoy. They also have a kids section that they can play in. I always buy my wine there.

Average mall average prices. Best thing is the Mimos. Excellent food and the franchise owners do a lot for the community in terms of sponsoring community events and what not.

Always enjoyable to browse through a Game store but this one's media department is not well stocked.
