5 Disappointed
Sad and Disappointed I called 3 times they hanged up on me and when I called for the 4th time the lady was busy taking with other ladies on the side while I had someone frozen infront of me waiting for service and never got the ambulance still
Their services are pathetic waiting since 11pm last Night and still no arrival for the ambulance. It's like you must be dead in order to be considered as serious
No response after I phoned for an ambulance after a client took an overdose of medication, this happened two weeks ago and the person passed away on Saturday. If they responded a life could be saved
Took my 3 year old grandson to see the fire engines. He was delighted to even be able to sit in one. Very friendly and accommodating staff member showed us everything.
I am so disappointed with the Emercency call centre when you dail 112 for an ambulance. After the numerous attempts and constantly dropping the line, i had a gentleman assisting with reference 10821. I urgently needed a ambulance to PTA West or Kalafong hospital due to the fact that ive collapsed twice for the day and battling with an inflamed hernia. Gentleman took all my details and provided me with the reference number. Few minutes later, I got a call from a lady, she didnt even introduce herself and said to me " Hey wena. You always call for ambulance because of your hernia. We cant always take you. We assisted you last week. What happended at the hospital. Get transport your own transport. We dont have ambulances. Why dont they operate you. End of call. I havent received any ambulance. I had to take public transport to the hospital just to get admitted for a week. Ive almost died but thank God for his protection. Just remember, what you do to others, will also happen to you if not worse.
