The service was great when trying on and selecting styles and the dress was beautiful material, however I was disappointed that they just give you the dress without a fitting or offering alterations, especially for the price you pay. They got my measurements quite wrong, it was miles too long and I had to go to another seamstress to alter it as I would need to pay for an appointment to try on my dress at Geliques and then pay for further alterations.when they got it wrong? I feel that this should be included in your dress purchase.

Everything went according to plan and my dress was beautiful even though we did everything online.

We ordered the dress in April, paid in full, came to fit the dress on the 27th of August only to find that the dress was made out of the wrong material AND it was the wrong pattern. We brought all of this under your attention and were told that the dress, like we ordered it, would be delivered since we stay in the North West. Imagine our total dismay when we opened that dress only to find that the dress was made wrong AGAIN. Not only does it not fit her properly, the slit we specifically asked to be made in front on the right leg, was in the back.

Indubitably we are very dissatisfied with your customer service as well as with your dresses. You have ruined the experience of having a special dress made for a special occasion and left us overwrought which was exactly what we tried to avoid by already ordering in April.

The only place you'll ever need to get bridesmaids' dresses! My bridesmaids looked incredible. Thank you for the amazing service - it was such a seamless process from start to finish. Highly recommended.

Worst place ever! All my braidsmaids dresses are not what we asked for. Flower girl dress is totally wrong!

I cannot recommend Gelique enough! They were incredible from start to finish. I had a last minute adjustment needed on my dress and they were more than accommodating to adjust the dress. Not to mention their pricing is extremely reasonable and affordable. I will definitely be using them again.

I used Gelique 8 years ago for my own wedding and was really sooooo impressed. They really assisted in any way possible, then my sister got married in April 2022 and we used Gelique again and what a disappointment! We really struggled to get hold of them, only after a post was written on FB did we get their attention. The flower girl's dress (after she was taken for measurements - apparently it's not custom made for them but it cost almost the same as the bridesmaid dresses?) were to big and they take 2 weeks to do changes (there weren't enough time left) Also the flower girl's dress gauze (go over the dress) had a flaw and was torn. The quality of the material on all the dresses were so bad, the dresses for the bridesmaids got bigger and longer as the day went by. Will not make use of Gelique again

SO satisfied with our dresses. The fit is perfect, and my bridesmaids look flawless in them:)
