I graduated on the 1st of June 2023 with a big smile on my face and that has all gone away thanks to Gordon Harris.

Appalling service as their promise of 30 working days is just purely a lie. Still haven't received my order to date. You guys really make what was meant to be a milestone achievement a nightmare with your ridiculous service.

I hope Institutions do better honestly.

I’m giving them 1 star cz I wanted to comment, your service is really bad I have been calling and sending emails with no response. I have paid for my pictures to be sent via email still nothing I was told that it’s will take few minutes for me to get my pictures after paying I waited till today. I called on Monday 04/09/23 I was told that i will get them after 7 days, i really don’t understand why do i have to wait and the people who answers the office phone are rude. Your service is really bad I want my pictures please

Disappointed by the service of Gordon Harris Photographs. Its been 4 months since my graduation. I have tried calling no one answered. I have sent emails no response. I paid for my photos and I still haven't received them. You have ruined a milestone event and turned it into a mockery. I want my photos please

I’m not entirely happy about their service. I sent an email Monday regarding my images which should be sent via email. I have received a message confirming my order has been sent to courier and courier department has indeed sent the tracking number. I still haven’t received my email photos please assist

My graduation was on the 24th of May, it’s the 25 of July now and I still haven’t received my photos.
Communication about the delay was only sent on the 13th of July after enquiring at that.
Not happy at all.

If there was a Zero or a negative rating, I will give this place that rating. They are the worst in the industry.

My son graduated on the 11th of May from Vega. As I write this review on 24. July, we still have not received the photos.

I am appalled to say the least. I will be informing the institution and hopefully, they will not be used in future

Poor Service indeed.been waiting for my graduation picture for over 30 days now, Graduation day was on 12 May 2023

My graduation pictures are horrible. I'm not sure if it's the editing, that's if they are edited, the quality of the camera, or their choice of photos. The pictures are underwhelming and im so disappointed. Universities should allow us to rate so they can have better photographers at their ceremonies

If you want to get your graduation pictures after 20 years use their service, you guys are honestly giving us a bad service and yet your prices are extremely high. My graduation was on the 4th May 2023 and till today (13/07/2023) I haven’t received any of my pictures nor an email stating the reason for such a long delay. I AM DISAPPOINTED!

The service is shocking! My daughter's graduation was on the 17th April 2023 and to date I have not received my photos after calling them numerous times. My daughter received a call on the 15th June stating the photos are ready, I send my driver to collect and they can't seem to find them. He has a copy of the receipt and they still asking for a reference number! Wits please do not use them again.

My graduation was on the 4th of May 2023 and it’s almost July! I’ve physically been to the office with no help. Highly disappointed

I was at UNISA signing for family photos and I am disappointed at this company. It seems they only hiring Zimbabwean nationals. All the ladies assisting are not South African.

How do you have such a situation when millions of our people are unemployed?

Best graduation photographers I know, used them for my 2 graduations, different universities and provinces, still awesome

Such a poor experience.
For such a big milestone in someone's life I would have though the photos I will receive will be better.
I also waited over 2 months for my photos after having to follow up on numerous occassions with poor communication from their side.
It's unfortunate that they are the only official photographers at grauation events, their work is not up to standard. I personally don't think they care to better communicate or provide a better end product because they are the only photographers.

There is a good system in place at the graduation ceremony.
Photographers are friendly and professional - taking time to position each member correctly.
I cannot comment on the quality of the images just yet.

Very poor after service.
At approx. 22 working days I called in to check for my photo - There was no apology even though the lady mentioned that there was a delay with turnaround time and was rudely told to wait the 30 working days.
As of 25 July I have been now waiting 41 (Working) days for 1 photo.
I was told today that I should receive it by 16 Aug which will be 56 working days as opposed to the +-30 day stipulated in the form.

I have also addressed this with the University.

I wasn't originally happy with the photos but they have since reached out with alternative options that are better.

I graduated in 2018 and 4 year later I am still struggling to get my photos! I have now paid for delivery twice, first in 2018 where they posted the photos to the Post Office and then didn't even let any one of my entire family know that we should collect, so they werw sent back to them.

Still, when they got the photos, they didn't let us know until I contacted them. Now it's July 2022, I paid the second delivery fee to the very same address they've had since 2018 and now that they have the money, suddenly our area (in the township) is "High risk"

Larger companies deliver in this area with no such garbage for excuses but here they are, incompetent scammers believe we have nothing better to do in the townships just waiting around for their delivery vehicles to hijack and harm them. At this point I am just disgusted with ALL of them and their excuses hey
