The environment is quite beautiful. A very neat restaurant, however, I have never experienced such HORRIBLE service in my life. We were helped by people FROM A DIFFERENT restaurant above Grappino Bistro not the individuals from Grappino Bistro themselves and we waited 10 min for the menu to come and we had to stand up and look for waitress so that we can pay the bill and on top of that the waitress was so disrespectful and not welcoming at all. Her attitude was uncalled for and extremely disheartening. Where have you ever seen such horrendous behaviour. We are extremely disappointed and WILL NOT BE RETURNING EVER.

Ordered Hawaiian on uber. It arrived without pineapple. When I phoned stored they said they could not fix it as they were not able to deliver. With this sort of service I will not use them and would not suggest other do.

My first time ordering on uber eats and wow! The food arrived quickly and was hot, the pizza is divine, oxtail wonderfully tender and pasta delicious. Will definitely be ordering again.

When load shedding happens Grappino have a wood-burning pizza oven. Despite being a regular. It's a bonus that you can still eat there despite the load shedding. The owner is on top of her game and it is a well-run restaurant.

I am speechless. The food here is to die for. All of it. From the pizza to the pasta, they really always outdo themselves. The milkshakes are also worth mentioning. Great job!

Beautiful little venue, perfect for a small function or a date. Great staff and food is decent. Restaurant view is overlooking a road, so you need something nice with you to look at.

Food is amazing - and vegetarian friendly. It a very cute little quiet Italian place set up for nice lunch, and probably better for dinner and a date to. Parking is not that great but it's tucked away almost unnoticed.
