WOW - what an upgrade to this lovely peaceful setting. The owner Annette really knows what she is doing! And now pasta pizza and tappas till 22: 00.

I went to get coffee beans at the roaster and decided to stay for a coffee because my 2 year old wanted to play. I left before my child could get injured. The playground is in a SHOCKING state. It is dangerous. Rusted and broken pieces of iron, a SAW, YES A SAW, laying on a hand railing, broken pieces of wood sticking out of a toy push scooter, broken plastic edges on the scooters etc. Its a disgrace. We've heard good things but based solely on the state of the playground, I wouldn't risk going there. Pity, because it is a lovely spot.

Lovely venue and delicious food. Suitable for old and young. Outside seating and play area for the kids. A must visit.

Was there this morning, what an amazing experience! The waiter was friendly and delivered a great service! The food was amazing, I had this food basket in my breakfast with chicken livers that was Divine! I do not go regularly to restaurants but I will be back at this one very soon! Thank you so much for a great experience! Food was very well priced and loved the fact that the waiter's fee was already included!

Large outdoor area with a great big children's play area and small push bike track. Bring some R5 for the dinosaurs ;)

Excellent service and atmosphere. Food and desserts are divine. A nice place to relax with friends and family even with kids. Would recommend to anyone for baby and bridal showers. Sorry that my first rating was faulty and I didnt notice. You are the only plac e we always meet for a nice coffee and with the nice nursery its a bonus.xxx

Friendly people, good food well priced. Children friendly establishment. Interesting shops around the restaurant. I can definitely recommend this venue. Enjoyed the nursery as well, very knowledgeable and helpful staff.

Fresh and delicious food. Friendly service. Outside seating available. Unfortunately smokers at the adjacent table spoiled the experience. Local South African dishes like pap in a potjie, kaiings and boerewors on the menu. Just didn't like the fact that I had to pay R30 extra when I requested Ciabatta instead of white bread, as toasted sandwiches are already not cheap. Nor the fact that there was a charge for the buffet breakfast for 6 people added to our bill and when I requested a new bill with our correct charges it was met with excuses. A 10% tip charge is automatically added to the bill, which lifts eyebrows. More so, when a tip is based on how the patron experiences the service. This tip was too added to my takeaway bill and again R30 per sandwich added for Ciabatta.

The international size of a taco is 8 inches. This place sells 2 inch tacos with no mention that you are buying mini foods on the menu, it's not even listed as a "starter". If that kind of deceit is any indication, I would not trust the other items on the menu. There is no truthful size comparison on the menu, and the food was underwhelming. Go for the view and only that. Also, they will try to reply with snarky sarcasm and use a phrase to sound smart by repeating 'I'm sure'. Your tacos are filled with lies, dishonour on you.

Lovely place! Had light lunch. Food was very good (although the toast needs improvement). Wide range to choose from on the menu. Staff were friendly and helpful. Shall visit again.

Most tasty quiche I have tasted for a while. Lovely to sit outside in the garden and enjoy the early spring weather with friends and interesting conversation.

If you visit here, be patient. Service is fine, but not quick. I had a burger that was okay, the others in our group ordered pizzas and those were EXCELLENT. Well worth the drive.

Loveley place to visit with friends and family with children. The food is delicious and the fact that you can order either from the menu or have the buffet make it much easier for everyone. The staff is friendly and very helpful.

Nice for families with kids. A free book shelf where you can take books for free and donate books. Lots of little specialist shops and adjacent to a great plant nursery. Buffet breakfast has a good enough selection and my simple omelette was well prepared. Good coffee too!

We haven't had much off their menu, but we do pop in every now and again for a plate of chips with their amazing dip sauce and their epic Turkish delight milkshake. Prices may be a bit high, but definitely getting good quality for your bucks.

Outdoor area of restaurant is really great and "covid friendly". Where we sat there was at least 3-4m between us and other parties. Beautiful surroundings and fantastic food (real value for money). Also a huge fan of the nursery and Oom Gerrie

Green Olive has a great outdoor area, which is well maintained and very relaxing. Staff is friendly, and service is good. Food is very nice and prices are reasonable
