Here you feel the staff care fore you and go that extra mile to keep you comfortable, relaxed and taken care of. All the staff crom the cleaners to the nurses, physios and matron are all friendly and caring. Here you can get well again. The rooms are neat and very clean and beautifull gardens and the food are extra tasty and beautifully garnished and served. Every patient shpuld heal here before sending home. To me it is a Step UP place and not a Step Down place. Well done Matron Joey you know what a sick patient needs

The absolute best step down facility there is. There aren’t even words to describe how caring and empathic the staff are. They have become like family to me. Green tree is truly a place where you are supported and cared for and only need to focus on your healing. The facilities and equipment are clean and modern. Can’t recommend it highly enough.

My husband was transferred to Green Tree after bilateral total knee replace. I could not look better after him at home. Excellent staff and service.

Daar was maar die onsekerheid met my heupvervanging. My operasie by die Zuid-Afrikaanse Hospitaal was 'n sukses. Puik behandeling. Oorgeplaas Greentree toe vir "step down" opvolg. Wat 'n belewenis! Soveel omgee. Dankie vir die "saam stap" en só baie helpende hande. Ongelooflike versorging. Ek is julle ewig dankbaar.

Watter voorreg was dit nie dat my pa Ben Groenewald kon aansterk by Greentree na sy rug operasie nie.
Vir al die personeel daar kan ons nie genoeg Dankie sê nie! Elke een met wie ons te doen gehad het, was vriendelik, behulpsaam, simpatiek en nooit te moeg of te haastig om te luister en moed in te praat nie. Hulle het werklik uit hul pad gegaan om hom so gemaklik moontlik te hou en “Tuis te laat voel”. En dan was die kos beslis Restuarant kwaliteit! Daar was nooit skeef na ons gekyk as ons bietjie langer as die normale besoek ure by pa wou wees nie. Inteendeel het hulle ons ook tuis laat voel en ons aangemoedig om te bly solank ons wil. Dankie is ‘n baie klein woordjie maar ons waardeer dit opreg! Julle voetpad is voorwaar “gepave” hemel toe! Sonder om enige iemand uit te sonder of dalk te vergeet wil ons net weereens sê - Baie Dankie!
