Terrible experience. When I order on Uber eats my order gets cancelled after waiting for food for 20 minutes. This has happened 5 times now. Food is good but customer service is pathetic. Should not be listed on Uber eats if they can’t fulfil. Pathetic
Paying R120 for Hamburger, chips & cold drink you'll expect good service. I received the food ice cold and an hour late.
The food was amazing, service was quick, the coffee was on point. Lovely atmosphere, definitely having some meetings here

In Friday 09h29 I ordered a Tramezzini Special with chips (4 pièces) a mango juice and a bacon and egg Sandwich
They were delivered at about 11h37.
I paid in full
Imagine my horror when one quarter of my bacon and egg sandwich was missing, my juice was spilled over and a quarter missing and my tramezzini had no chips and minus a slice. I contacted the cafe numerous times I got told off by one lady. No refund had been made and none of the missing items had been delivered to me. The advised they would send the chips They never did. Tex has not contacted me. I should be refunded at least R70 for items not delivered. They sent me a picture of chicken and chips and a side salad. I asked if they were delivering that. Nothing was delivered and they have blocked me on WhatsApp now, where I placed my order.

Great little cafe, giving great service and excellent food. Try their chicken, and even their sandwiches!

Wow. This is the most frustrating place to order from. The ladies on the phone are extremely rude and impatient and will not tell you when they are unable to take your order because they are busy. They just say hold on and you hold for over 3 minute with no help.
