What a wonderful experience, from the reception staff to the Dr whom attended to us. Such helpful, friendly people. Everybody smiled, and we were attended to in our home languages, Afrikaans and Portuguese. Thank you to everyone that made our appointment going smoothly and without stress.

Highest regard for Dr Lingenfelder. He consults with empathy, care, and utmost professionalism. Explains conditions and their prescribed treatments clearly, for me as the layman patient to understand easily. Thank you

The ladies and Dr Thusi at the TB UK testing station are fantastic and deserve 5 stars.

However, I don't know where they found the receptionists working at Scholtz & Partners, one ignored me whilst the other woman decided to only speak afrikaans to me after I greeted her in english, she also kept coughing without covering her mouth and even coughed on my receipt. Gross.

Very friendly staff, highly accommodating and stick to their booking times! Recommend coming here vs the alternatives.

The receptionists are racist and very dismissive towards black people. Everyone that I know that has gone there that was black had an encounter with racism from the coloured receptionists. They don’t have a caring bone and treat their jobs like they’re doing us a favour. I was greeted with a mean energy and decided to leave and go to a doctor elsewhere. I HIGHLY do not recommend. It’s ironic because the coloured receptionists are the rude ones and the white ones aren’t. They have a very welcoming tone towards white people attend to them as soon as possible whereas with black people they treat us like we’re not welcome in their space.

Had issues with telephone so l decided to drop a mail to Rina who responded immediately and my booking was confirmed. Top notch service from the travel clinic team keep it up.

Have always had good service here, but my last experience wasn't so nice. The lady on the phone was rude and kept cutting me off. The Dr.was supposed to get back to me with my blood results, he didn't. That's why I was calling in, to follow up.

Have usually had good experiences here however today I have been very disappointed. Booked an appointment for my wife at 0900, the medical only started at 1010. What is the reason appointments are booked if you need to wait that length of time when you are at the doctor? Very unorganized on all levels. It’s been a disaster to be honest.

On behalf of my family and especially my father who has just recently recovered from a very very serious case of Covid, I just wanted to thank the doctors at Hatmed rooms and the Covid clinic for their amazing and tireless service. When my dad went for his Covid test, he was examined properly and his vitals checked- and he was immediately put on antibiotics etc and strict instructions to keep an eye on his vital signs, and we firmly believe that this swift action and care is the reason he survived. His comorbidities meant he was at a big risk for serious illness, and instead of just getting a test he was sent home with a regimen of medication, blood tests and X-rays and we managed to keep him out of hospital. We’d like to thank Dr Sonia Kotze in particular, who despite seeing us at the peak of infections, would still check in daily and offer advice as we needed. When it looked like he was going to be admitted, she phoned around to find a hospital bed- calling me at 5am when her day starts to let us know she had managed to find one. We’ll never be able to properly express our gratitude for going over and above at a time when she, and the other doctors, were so busy. We appreciate all the doctors and staff who have had to work this hard. You are saving lives every day, by your extra attentive care.

Hatmed is like home for me, it has been that way since coming to Pretoria for my first year. Dr Kotzè has been my doctor from the beginning and my experience with her has been absolutely amazing! The way she handles her patients is incredible, she goes out of her way to make sure that you are helped in every way possible. I love how she is always interested in knowing and understanding all her patients, this makes you feel like you are being treated by your own sister — the whole experience is comfortable and absolutely amazing because of the special rapport she creates. I big thank you to Dr Kotze for her consistently incredible service!

Hatmed has been my go to clinic since 2016 and they have always been helpful. However today I recieved the worst treatment at the covid-19 center. I had to greet the doctors on site, Dr. Kotze and another lady 3 times before they even looked my way. I told them I had covid symptoms and said i should take a seat and they would attend to me soon. Shortly after a white lady who also had covid symptoms came after me and they assisted her on the spot and gave her papers to fill out even when she came after me. Another couple came and they were also assisted while I was still there waiting. Dr. Kotze is racist and unhelpful towards black patients. I even left without geting tested or treated.

A place to be if you're looking for efficient emigration medical services. I wouldn't mind working there either. Such Friendly staff, truly amazing.

I have been to a lot of medical centres but l have never come across more professional and accommodating ladies than the ladies at Hatmed.l dealt with Kiki and she has provided above and beyond services and am humbled by this.
