How I wish I had read the reviews before going. I go there at 12am and set an appointment for 16: 30, the stupid guy helping me at the reception took all my details and set the appointment. I get there at 16: 30 and they’re saying they don’t take my medical aid plan, I gave you all the details, told you my medical aid plan but no you waited until I get there at 16;30 to tell me you don’t take my plan. What a waste of time,
If there was a 0 rating I would have given it to this shambles of a medical
Practice. I have now waited for 10 DAYS for a doctor to call me back regarding a series of blood tests that I had done. I have also called 4 times and eventually had to retrieve my own blood results through lancet. I am an international patient and have been waiting for treatment before I return to Namibia. A series of thinly veiled excuses have been given as to why I am not being contacted. Get your ship in order Healthworks you are in actual fact a DANGER to patients. Stay away!
DENTIST RELATED, saw Dr Karusha Padiyachee at Randburg healthworx and she is the rudest Doctor I have ever experienced, refused to listen to my sons previous dental history and told him he was lying after he felt pain, will never recommend anyone seeing this dentist.
Literally the worst service of any medical centre I have been to.
My appointment was scheduled for 10.30, it is currently 11.15 and I have not been attended to by the doctor.
As the doctor finished with the patient who was in front of me, he said he will be right back and left.
It has been 15min and the doctor is still not back.
Great doctors and service. They accept most medical aids. Easy online booking system with 6 doctors available so making an appointment is easy.
ETA (June 2023) : If you book an appointment via phone, always ALWAYS insist that you are sent a confirmation SMS before you end the call. I will still keep going to Cresta Health-worx for the doctors, but it's happened once too often that my appointment has been booked on the wrong date, time, or not at all.

The reception can sometimes be insensitive and chaotic, but Dr Sheobalak and Dr Mathews are absolutely wonderful and caring doctors.
Very clean. Very friendly and helpful staff. Dr. Shoebalak is my doctor for a few years and she is excellent. Lancet Lab is housed within the same space.
You generally wait a little longer than expected during peak winter season. However, Dr Adeyemi is such a pleasant doctor that you don't mind. He is a true blessing to Cresta.
I've been trying to get hold of the dentist for an hour. I've called the Dr's to ask to be transfered I've made 18 calls in the last hour and 20 minutes because my toddler has a toothache and I've still not had 1call answered.
It would do you great to read the reviews and actually consider them.
Don't make the mistake I made and ignore the reviews. I had a medical emergency and the earliest time I could get was 9h15. I only got assisted at 10am, after begging multiple times that I need to see the Dr and I've been waiting for too long.
This is the worst HealthWorx branch.
First time being 'seen to' by Dr Matthews, she was exceptionally rude and not interested in that I was made to do a Vitality assessment prior. I was reduced to tears, will not forget this in a hurry
The waiting time is ridiculous. Been here for 1 hour 30mins and I made an appointment. I’ve only seen the doc for 2 mins and he sent me for tests, that’s been finalised and I have been sitting here for more than an hour. I am sick and extremely tired and don’t want to be spending the whole day in a healthcare facility.
Always running very late. I have a very busy schedule and therefore make an appointment. I expect this practice to be punctual just as they expect me to be on time. Is that too much asked?
I was put on medication and the next day I had an allergic reaction to the meds but the doctor refused to see because it was 5 minutes to closing time, two weeks later I was hospitalised due to the medication.
All the dr's there is just money greedy, always half work work or temp fixes.then you need to come back and back, including the dentist. They once advise my daughter is ok, just need some meds, she turned out to be in big trouble and end up in hospital for 3 days.mxm useless place.
Horrible service, I made a appointment telephonically to see a GP with the receptionist only to find out later in the day that it was not recorded on the system and someone else took that slot.

Just been informed that I owe for a consultation from 2019, which I and they know I don't.
The service and attitude from Candice and Amanda is totally disgusting.
They treat clients like trash and bully you into paying "outstanding" monies because they know that you won't want to get blacklisted.
I feel sorry for the good doctors who will lose patients because of this.
Called to make an appointment and Sugen (the receptionist) put the phone down on me, I called back 8 times before he decided to answer again, I have been coming to Healthworks for years and this is totally unacceptable.
