I've been a patient here for many many years and I can honestly say that this place has gone downhill rapidly. The best doctors I used to see have all moved on, and the support staff are awful.

Been trying to simply get a chronic medication script renewed for a week. Not once were my emails replied, calls returned or scripts issued. Even coming to visit in person made no difference after a two hour wait. Sadly it seems Healtworx cannot even manage the basics anymore.

Would strongly recommend avoiding if possible.

There just isn't enough staff in relation to the amount of patients. You need at least 3 hours from your day if you need to see a Dr at Healthworx Randridge.

I'm extremely disappointed with our experience. We had scheduled an appointment for 11: 15, but when we arrived, we had to wait for 30 minutes. While waiting, someone else arrived and was allowed to go ahead of us, which was frustrating. After another 30-minute wait, we finally saw Dr. Naidoo, but they seemed rushed and quickly wrote a note without providing any explanations.

Wanted to get my ears cleaned/flushed. Should have been a 5 minute task. I was told I have to get a doctor's referral. They insisted that I get a doctors appointment and spend R600+ for a doctor to tell them to give me a R20 ear flush. I know what the problem is. I have been to them twice previously to get my ears flushed over the past 5 years and all of a sudden I now need to pay R600+ to get my ears flushed because it needs a consultation. To be fair I was warned that they will have an excuse or complication for everything now days. I won't be going to them again nor will I recommend them.

I’ve had the worst experience twice here. Doctors do absolutely nothing, they don’t tell you what’s wrong with you. One doctor gave me antibiotics without diagnosing and finding out what’s wrong with me.
Also the two doctors I went to were extremely rude! And didn’t help I wouldn’t recommend anyone to go here.
All they know is prescribing medications and transferring you elsewhere.

The doctors I saw here were good, although neither of them works here anymore.
The accounts department is terrible. They send out an SMS stating my account is in arrears. I send an email to the email address mentioned in the SMS requesting an invoice. Nothing. Until the next month when they send an SMS again and I send the email again.
If it is a valid outstanding amount, I want to pay it. Please send me a statement so that I can do so or stop harassing me.

I've been going to Healthworx Randridge for many years. All the doctor's I've been to are professional, caring and competent. Dr Cochrane is such a caring doctor and really goes the extra mile. I like the convenience of having a clinic/Lancet lab right there if you need testing done. They claim from medical aid which is a great help. I've had trouble in the past with getting through to them on the phone, but have had no recent issues. I've found that booking online is so simple and easy that I don't really need to phone them.

Been visiting the center for almost 15 years. Dr. Natsis provides excellent service, I have also on occasion consulted with other GP's. Overall the experience has been great at the center. The nurses are helpful and the front desk has improved over time and there is still room for improvement.

This is the worst practice ever. Firstly, my primary physician is on leave and I urgently need a repeat prescription for chronic medication. I sent an email request for a repeat script and I informed the practice that I am travelling at the moment so I cannot come in person. I have been denied my repeat prescription unless I come in to the practice in person. I literally had a check up last month and now I am being forced to come in again for another check up before I can get a repeat prescription and in the interim I have no chronic medication.my health is now at risk because I am being denied a prescription.

Went in earlier than appointment today for my sister, waited for two hours and left. The reception nurses refused to give the doctor the patient file earlier than the appointment.pathetic service

Honestly, it feels like this company is a money making scheme. I have to pay a doctors appointment fee just to get a repeat prescription. For a contraceptive pill, this is absolutely ridiculous. What's worst is you can't just go anywhere else if your most trusted and preferred GP of 16 years is practicing there.

The absolute worst medical practice ever. One or two decent doctors, the rest I wonder if they even qualified. Pathetic reception staff, bad attitude. Ask for money as soon as you walk in but you have medical aid. Practice manager is just as unprofessional. Please don't waste your time, rather go to a NHC.

I went to the Doctor on a Sunday only to be placed on a drip and confirmed UTI, severe pain, nausea, fever and chills. I was then sent to Wilgehuevel hospital on Tuesday as Monday was a holiday. I then got my scans and then returned to the Doctor at HealthWorx to give in my scans only to be told she is fully booked but I needed to leave them with them and they would be given to the Doctor. I'm now sitting Wednesday @14: 03 after making three calls once at 07: 30,10: 30 and then my husband phoning at 13: 30 still no feedback. No follow up just to let me know if I am ok or not would be greatly appreciated.

Been a patient for over 14 years. Dr Singh and his wife are the only decent Doctors there. Front desk staff are sharp and professional. Casualty is very good too.
