Would not recommend, Dr's diagnosis and medication prescriptions not working. Needed to take wife to another Dr with additional costs

Dr Pienaar is an exellent doctor. Diagnoses was spot-on. A kind doctor that listens to you and explain everything patiently. I absolutely recommend him. The sister and receptionist hugged me and showed me they really care. I got there, went through and saw doctor right away.

They have the worst dentists. Have been to all of them, where they worked before.
Would definitely stay away!

Will definitely not go back. The way I was treated by Dr Wilken today is really disappointing and unprofessional. He was extremely rude as he told me to leave the room and wait outside while he works on my 7 year old to pull her tooth. And that just because my 7 year old was afraid and crying a bit. He was absolutely rude and could have just explained/ asked nicley that she might do better if I am not in the room.
If he does not want to work with children or pull teeth, he might want to consider what he is doing.
There is no excuse to treat someone the way he did, and might I add we pay for his services, its not like it's free!

Dr Strydom is amazing. She's thorough and caring, making you feel comfortable the whole visit through.

The best part for me was after I phoned and booked my appointment, I recieved a sms with my appointment details, and a reminder on the day of the appointment. I only go to one doctor there, dr Jaco Botha and I love him: he is not one that will say 'ag shame'. He listens to your problem and then work with you towards a solution. I haven't seen him in a year and he still remembered me, all my ailments and asked how my mental health is going. He works with the patient to get the best results. He will listen if you want to spill your heart's troubles, but with the goal of working towards a better you. Thanks Doc. You are awesome.
PS: he gives meds that actually works. Some drs start on weak meds and then say: 'if you don't improve come back on two day's time'. I hate that. He gives meds and says that you will start feeling better by tomorrow. That's what I like about him

No response on emails sent to drs for urgent queries and when phoning to speak to the Dr I get told to send an email and after more than 2 days waiting for a response

Wow! Just when I thought there could not be a place more arrogant, ignorant and absolutely pathetic! Healthworx is there to prove me wrong by humiliating me infront of other employees as well as losing my blood tests and papers for the life insurance and then their pathetic reason is. "The person who helped you is not working here anymore".

The worst ever medical centre I have dealt with. Went in with my daughter for a tummy bug and was told to call the doctor back of it got worse. It got worse and have been calling back the whole day only to be told they aren't ”allowed" to put me through to the doctor and I need to send an email. Email sent and the auto response said 2 days SLA. How is this fair towards my child? She is being neglected by her health care provider who is meant to help her!

I have got to agree with Petrus Johannes van Zyl the nurse at the lancet desk is rude and un professional it so rudely told me this morning that they do not do testing on a weekend, where 2 weekends ago I was tested.

GOODBYE Lancet wont be going back there.

Very good doctors and well organized medical center. Only Issue is the admin staff and the sisters station which are sometimes rude and unprofessional. However generally I find it better than other medical centers as their doctors is brilliant especially doctor Botha and doctor Janneker. They are just a bit full most of the time but this is because it is a good center.

Dr Tanja is the best dentist I have ever seen. She helped me treat my gingivitis. I would recommend that everyone goes to her!

From the dr's office was taken to take a rapid test at one of those beds the sister that helped me with the test left me went on a tea break without finishing with me, felt like a public clinic with no direction as when she came back she told me to leave as they need to use the bed. So disappointing
