The switchboard message informs you that all their receptionists are busy. The frontline receptionists working with the patient’s files are absolutely rude…. They look dull & grumpy & treat patients like kindergarten kids. When I returned from the bathroom I was “ ordered” to sit at reception and wait for the doctor. Even though I already spoke to the doctor/dentist and needed my file …In the meantime the dentist was waiting for me but miss bossy pants ordered me to SIT! Get rid of her!

The absolute worst. Very rude frontline, not welcoming, nor a smile in sight. Waited 2 months for a script!

The attitude I got from the receptionist today was just terrible not the friendliest person considering the fact that she’s the first person we have to talk to in order to get your services.

Good day, I called this morning and the receptionist by the name of Ms.de Beer answered and advised me that you as a practise do take Sizwe Copper Core Plan as my husband Michael Kockott need immediate assistance, when he got there, at the practice you all declined my husband of helping him and stating we will have to pay, which we are on the network list as stated and informed by Sizwe and by your receptionist Ms.de Beer. I have never been so embarrassed and my husband not been helped on been in the situation he was in. I am highly disgusted at no service or medical help at all. And as you all stated he must get an authorisation Number, he did that as well, but now needs to make another appointment as Michael stated the lady that helped him was rude and not helpful at all, you could not even call from your own business rooms to see if you not on Sizwe Copper core Plan, network, disgusting.

They share your minor children's medical details with anyone. Doctors are terrible. Misdiagnosed me and landed in hospital. Avoid at all costs

Booked an appointment for 2 by 2: 30 i wasn’t helped and people who just walked in after me got helped before us. Also suspicious that all the ladies working in the front were white and nobody helped me but rushed to serve the older white men who came after me even though i MADE AN APPOINTMENT in advance

Great experience with Dr M Brand. Everytime I visit her she's friendly, respectful and professional.
Since I visited her first time, I have had great experience only.
Appointments are also timely as well at the practice. Great service

Every time i go there i get good service Dr Maharaj is the best Dr, very good with adults and the kiddies!

Healthworx is the best. Dr Hoffman, Maharaj and Brand are my doctors we use. Thorough and friendly. Haven't had any issues in the past 3 years. Nurses are friendly and helpful too. Place is clean.

Great Doctor but poor admin. Was threatened with handover if account was not paid within a week. Was NOT advised previously that my account was in arrears. Definitely NOT going back to this practice
