9Dr Hassim is thorough and great with kids. We had an emergency booking today with a front adult tooth coming loose. Immediate response to my whatsapp at almost midnight, and confirmed our emergency booking for the next morning. Fortunately nothing serious after xrays, highly recommend this team of dentists!
DR Hassium was excellent. Come out at 8: 30pm on a Sunday to attend to us. Very friendly and professional. I would recommend them.
Rates have been inflated to the point that Comprehensive plan and Gap cover will not cover the charges for a basic check up. Becareful they wont tell you till after the consultantation
They are mechanics not professional at all, i had to go because i didnt have another option avaiable. Very bad i dont reccomend. Crack my teeths with her tools, doing all in rush, i asked a question and she answer with another question
Literally the BEST dental healthcare provider. The whole team is friendly and professional. They have a "problem solving" mentality instead of being "problem focused" and they've definitely make a notoriously unpleasant experience, comfortable and accommodating!
I've always had such a bad experience at a dentist and since going to Dr. Naidu I feel SO comfortable with going. She has honestly made me feel at ease and everything she has done has been done with care. She definitely knows what she is doing and gives great attention to the work she does. Her assistant and receptionist are just a mirror-effect of her work as they all give great service as a team.
Do yourself a favor! Absolutely LOVE them.
