47Bad service from this store, I bought 3 items from the store, all had to be booked in for repairs within 14 days, the laptop just switched off and came back from repairs with battery problems. Just took in my TV box still no response as to what is happening with it all I got is the don't care treatment from the staff while I tried to express my concerns. It is the last time I buy there
Store looks good but the service is poor. Walked out and bought the 2 TVs at game as the sales person left to check stock and never returned
Nice and clean very neat display. Only problem I have is that there is no white or other people working here. Why?
I stood around in front of the till area waiting for service. The three cashiers were having a great load conversation with one of the salesmen. This continued for some time while I was totally ignored. Eventually the salesman moved towards the exit still carrying on the conversation. I walk out the store no one even noticed me. I wonder if HiFi Corp will still exist next year this time. Ask the Game workers.
I am very discussed with the service. I have tried to talk to some in your customer care. HAHAHAHA for 4 days now. I have left messages and no one bothers to contact me.
I have a problem my JVC TV and just not getting help
Normal retail experience with unhelpful staff standing around chatting and not making any effort to assist
I walked in, through the shop to the Cashiers looking for assistance but the 3 or 4 people on the floor were occupied with mobile phone calls, and turned to walk away from me when approached!
So I left.
Very bad service from that lady called Nonhlahla very rude, very slow it takes her 2 days to do a paper work

Great service and good prices and even great customer service. Yes it has changed a lot, store looks more morden, new and so much neater. It very beautiful on the inside and still has great deals, the store will have there reopening 23/02/23 with great special.
No one answers the phone, if you get through, they put you on hold and then cut the call, happened a few times.
A lovely lady helped me with a sim card the weekend. She was outstanding Friendly and helpful
After driving to Kempton because they supposedly had stock, we got there to be told they don't have stock. Luckily I found Peter at Eastrand and he held one for me and I drove through, he was waiting for me. So skip Kempton and see Peter at Eastrand instead.
Bought online and according to their “tracking” my package was handed over and collected by the courier company Wednesday (4 Jan) it is now 6 January and I phoned the courier company and they still have not collected it. Sent an email to hifi corp to find out why they are lying…and received no reply. Terrible, if you plan on buying online try takealot, also orders take longer than their “2-5 working days” to arrive. Second time now.
The service at the store was fine but the delivery guy acted like ama run away with his money. He went to my work place to go look for me whereas I told him am in a que at the bank to draw his money. Why does the shop not just take the money when we pay for the products. Rude people I tell u.
Loud annoying tribal music from a music centre in front of the shop caused us to leave and we bought a laptop with bag somewhere else. It is bad if you cant communicate with others in store due to this, and that the store manager doesn't realize that this can be a problem. Even the assistants keep asking. (come again?). Cause they can't hear you.
They were quick to assist and answered questions I had about laptops to the best of their knowledge and tried to help me. They have friendly and helpful staff. I would definitely ask for somebody who specifically knows laptops for help.
We bought a dishwasher. Great service and we love our new Bosch dishwasher.
They were a bit slow to respond with our free gift but we eventually did receive it, thank you
Took my laptop there for repairs, I bought it there and still awaiting feedback from repair technicians, been a while now, I guess I need to be patient.
I made a credit application there on Wednesday they lady said she will call me after hours. Today it’s Friday they are not picking up the phone and when I call the head office they say there’s no application under my name. I just want tell them not to submit my application now but no one is picking up the phone.
