I walked in the store and was quickly assisted. Bought a decoder. Service was good and quick.

Best service ever. Went in to look for a item, that item was out of stock but had a nice price. A slightly bigger item is just bit more expensive and had a better price and was the last item. The guy who helped knows how to sell and convince to buy. I didn't catch his name but all I know it's a big guy biggest in hight. Best sales guy I have encountered in years he can sell ice to a Eskimo living in North or South pole with ice around him and he will still buy it that is how good he is. It's not a bad thing it's damn good thing!

Philani always goes n extra mile to help the customer. He fitted my car's CV joints ant an affordable price and I'm so happy with job his guys did. Visit him at his workshop and u won't regret it.

Thank God the store is now situated in Eastgate mall from Park Meadows, the convenience is good.

I walked in waiting 20 minutes for someone to help me. I went to the pay counter and asked if someone can help me while she was on her personal phone very disinterested to help. Then she finally got up to tell someone to help me. Terrible experience I won’t go back

Placed an online order almost a month ago, called to find out what is going on a few weeks back and I was told there is no stock. Requested a refund and I still haven't heard a word from them. I have been online shopping for years and this by far the worst and most incompatible place I've ever shopped at. Never again and I would not recommend it to anyone

Got good service from the sales personnel, provided all features and important aspects of the products I needed.

Took in a Russell Hobbs microwave to be repaired and got the item back today however the item isn't working - The microwave tripped all my appliances in my spot and the item isn't fixed. Worst service I must say.

One goes into the store there's long queues and one teller. The staff doesn't even seem to know the correct time the store closes. When I personally asked the staff what time they close I was given the time when I returned one and half hours before the time I was told the store will close the store was closed already. I just said are these people for real

Shocking. Took ages for assistance and then to be told the item I wanted to purchase, I an not able to hear the sound or clarity because the batteries are all flat

The sales people are not ready to help, more into loud music and dancing. I went in knowing exactly what I wanted and noone came to assist.raised my hand for a minute. I then took the price tag and went to the paypoint and showed the lady at credit apps as she paid attention and asked what I needed. That same lady called a rep with dreadlocks to come and assist me. He took the price tag and walked to the appliance quietly. We just followed behind. I then greeted him.what happened to the days where reps greet clients with a smile?

Bottom line the guys on the floor are not helpful. I only gave a better rating because of the ladies at the till. The old magogo with dreadlocks and lady with freckles.

Nice deals in the shop today or I should say this weekend. Wow! Got my sound bar system there at the very reasonest price. Just understand my emphasis on the above English, it's excitement.
