In a bid to get a new TV, I had visited HiFi Corp on a Saturday and enquired about applying for credit. We agreed I'd return the following week on Monday - but I was only able to come on Tuesday. Boitumelo was incredibly patient with me and led me to Pretty who assisted me with the application.
She, too, walked me through the process - adjusting to my unique bank account situation to get my application approved.

I returned to get the TV my wife and I had wanted. We settled on the Hisense 65" going for R8999. In them being honest salesmen, they did tell me about a special on another good brand, TCL, that came together with a soundbar! I appreciate and admire their good hearts. Boitumelo, Sihle and Pretty earned HiFi Corp Mall of Africa a 5 star (I'd give 100 if it was possible). I'm happy!

WHERES MY TV? IT'S BEEN A WEEK AND A HALF AND I STILL HAVENT RECEIVED MY TV?

WHY DO YOU ALLOW CUSTOMERS TO BUY ONLINE BUT INCOMPETENT AT ENSURING VAST DELIVERY? YOU LIED ABOUT HIFI CORP NY1 CITY NOT HAVING STOCK, YOU LIED ABOUT THE WAREHOUSE NOT BEING ABLE TO REACH ME, YOU LIED ABOUT THE REASON WHY YOU DELIVERD THE TV BRACKET ONLY TO CAPE TOWN SKYNET!

WHAT THE HELL IS WRONG? DO YOU WANT TO DAMAGE THE TVS FIRST THEN DELIVER? YOU'RE SO ANNOYING!

First and for most didn't like the service i got upon returning a gadget about 3weeks ago, waited for a call to tell me the feedback but nothing of that happened, this morning went back to the store to find out about the gadget.welcomed by Sophie such a wonderful lady only to find out that there was no follow up taken the store was supposed to call me to come collect a new gadget Sophie keep up with your service i am impressed

I rate HiFi Corp a negative -10. I bought a refrigerator and upon delivery, the delivery guys get lost and takes time to find my place. When they get there, they lie and say that I gave them a wrong address. They refuse to delivery my fridge to my unit using a trolley due to limited car restriction of 3,5 tons.

I applied for credit at this branch and it took days for them to give any feedback, I actually had to call the head office myself to be told this and that is missing from my application, eventually after days of waiting I was told I was approved for a certain amount and had to come back to the store to do the application for the item I wanted. When I did come back to the shop I was told my application had expired after I was not even informed how long it would be due for only 7 days.

The return policy is so horrible. I bought a washing machine online that has a burst inlet hose. I had to physically go to the shop just to get an email address to send the information about the machine. It’s been more than a week, no one had fixed anything or called me to make an appointment. I feel like I’m dealing with a state institution omw. Now I have to hire people to carry the machine to hi girls corp for me, even though I paid for delivery. I should’ve just gone with Takealot; yho what a mess

I visited the HiFi Corp today with a budget for office chair. The one on the website was not available and the other chairs were outside my budget.

Thanks to Rethabile (Store Manager) who came to rescue with discount to meet my budget. Now that is customer experience when they engage the client and not think only like a corporate.

Sales guy was very helpful but having to pay for a carrier bag after spending R13k in a store is just distasteful. Small things really contribute to customer satisfaction.

I bought a gaming console in this store the sale and after sales process was a nightmare I actually wish I went to incredible connection or Makro instead. The salesman have no idea what promos the store is running and how to redeem digital codes for game pass I actually had to go to IC to ask cos all the salesmen and manager were clueless. Don't shop here if you value peace learn from my horrible experience this goes for both this branch and Woodemead where I had to collect the console myself! Even though I didn't purchase it online!
