Nice Hotel, lovely hotel room.
Good staffs and quite welcoming.
Excellent Buffet varites and breakfast.
Sorry to say that the dinner that l eat on Sunday night was very poor tastless source to eat with white rice and chicken wings.

Clean, decent food, friendly staff and all day selection of African music that plays throughout the day and night

This hotel is clean and dust free, the staffs are polite, the beds are comfortable, its just all what you want a hotel to have.

The rooms and stay in general is very good, until we decided to have dinner. Food was of low standard, we sent the chicken soup back as it was like a broth and powder, the Tbone steak was tough and medium rare was ordered jet we got well done, even the mash was hard, the kitchen was noisy and staff shouting on each other we had to ask to lower the voices then we waited over 20min for the bill just to add to our room number, the standard of the restaurant is just not good, manager on duty was accommodating in offering me a free drink and desert which was a good gesture however the meals are just not up to standard

It was ok.

Defenitely more aimed at businesses travellers as the rooms are just big enough to be comfortable without been spacious.

Pool on the roof with a bar, but the bar was never operational during our stay which was over a Friday night. Open air pool so it will not be accessible during bar weather or winter.

The staff is friendly and helpful.

Air conditioning is not working properly. Some of the towels provided were still wet when I checked in. Toilet door can't be closed. Toilet paper provided was only half a roll. Bed sheets had stains.

If you need a beautiful relaxing high class place to be then look no further, this is 1 of the most beautiful hotels in South Africa if not the best

Had a fabulous time at annual Tsogo Sun Entrepreneur Conference.staff was outstanding service excellence. Treated like royalty.our chef daily prepared something special for me per my request and he did my eggspinachpizza to perfection.thank you. Traveldesk gave 6 star service too. Holiday Sandton is very classy and elegant.the experience is super cool.out of this world. I'm glad i chose this hotel in my stay in Sandton.

Great ambience and central location in Sandton. Close access to major highways, shopping centres and business district. The rooms are spacious but lack a comfortable feel. The rooms feel empty almost as if they said what's the least amount of decor we can put in here without looking too cheap. NORTH WEST side of the hotel looks into another building and their service area (not appealing at all) and is very dark. Hotel lobby is clean and inviting with great ambiance. Staff are friendly and helpful. Well priced but better hotels available at the same price point. If you're not looking to blow a budget it's a great stay but be careful of room selection.

At the end of the day hotels battle to satisfy everyone and different strokes for different folks.

Had a great function there. Staff friendly and professional. Food was good. Parking was a nightmare to exit. Huge exit sign points the wrong way. Two booms to go through to exit.

Quite ok place, but very expensive and at one point we had to wait until 6 pm for the room to get clean. Even tho we left the badge to get clean since 10 am.

Had such good service from everyone this time round. The check-in to check-out process, staff acknowledging me not being a first time guest to the amazing Chef speaking Afrikaans and French to me and ending off in song. Love her!

My husband and I were here for a convention and stayed here for 8 nights. What a wonderful experience we had. Our room was spacious and comfortable, bathroom facilities were excellent and the standard was high. The breakfast had such a great variety and was delicious. We found the staff to be an extra treat! They were friendly, helpful and happy. Always ready to see to our needs. They truly made our stay even better. We felt very safe on the grounds and used the private entrance to the Marc almost daily. The restaurants around the hotel are awesome and I couldn’t recommend the location enough. If we ever come back to JOBurg we would definitely stay here!
