After almost 3 weeks of waiting for my order I placed online, they have still not sent it to me and are now no longer responding to me. Apparently the courier company has been trying to contact me (from random cellphone numbers) to deliver, but I never even received a notification that my order was ready and being shipped. Horrible service. Wish I read the reviews before ordering from here.

They never open on time, it says 09h00 but you will wait for over 20mins before they open, completely messing up your planning for the day. 4 cars just drove off tired of waiting, I'm still waiting because I drove from far. Lack of discipline on opening time is a really issue.

Read the reviews. The only people that have good things to say about this place, is the muslim community. All non-muslims have experienced poor service. Personally, my wife, with baby by her side, was 'hit-on' by one of the staff members. Pathetic

Honeybee was my go to one stop baking supply shop. However, I have stopped going there after my email to the owners listing my concerns was ignored. Many food products in the shop do not have expiry dates, and some products have their original labels removed.

The best stationery party things cake decorating items appliances lots n lots more. Awesome place.

The worker named Anisa who claims to be the owners daughter is a real piece of work. I spoke with her regarding items that were left behind after being paid for because their security puts things in packets behind you while you pay and after that interaction, I understand why her "mother" only talks about her brother! She still even had the audacity to ask me to pay for the boxes again and made every excuse to not look at their camera footage. I suppose even businesses need sadaqah.
I definitely recommend Quality Pack based in ext 5. They are a lot cheaper and the owner there values her customer above all else.

Found what I was looking for but could find anyone to help in the area would been out of the store faster if i had, had assistance.

I placed my order on whatsapp and was assisted satisfactorily. The minor issue we had was resolved promptly and professionally.

Has always been the best and still the best. If you need stationery you will get what you need, Even baking products you guaranteed to get 99% of what you need.

You can get most of your stationery and most of you baking equipment at a reasonable price. I just don't like the whole following me around thing they do. But you can get most of the staff you need.

Always a pleasure with good staff. Always going the extra mile. They know their work in the florist industry. Good items especially as far as stationary is concerned. Convenient and sometimes unusual baking items. Wedding favors and technical stationary as well. Pay them a visit.

The staff is very helpful. Sharry was the best in making sure that I get all the stationary I was looking for.

There prices are reasonae but more note worthy is their wide range, no need to shop hop as if hunting hunting for eggs.

Friendly service and always willing to help. I'm able to find anything I need in here as far as stationery goes.

Great Store. All the baking goodies you need available. Prices good too. BUT one of the women helping out was not so pleasant.she didnt allow me to shop peacefully but rather walked so close behind me which was very intimidating.she couldnt offer advice on a product i needed as well.the store is great but this women spoilt it 4 me.

Unfortunately worst then i expected maybe due to renovations but shop was very untidy and workers just passed the job from 1 person to the next. Hopefully better service next time ️
