Hooters Fourways

Hooters is always fun, especially during the week. We need a quick meal, so hooters is a great spot to chill and have fun. The waitresses are always easy going as well. The service is great but some girls are there just for the tip. I understand the girls are working for tips but when the experience becomes superficial and only about the tip, It let's down the experience, this was the experience we got from Tabi. The service was good but as soon as the tip was payed Tabi didn't care. She was fun during the service but now I wonder if I would like to be served by Tabi again as it was all about the tip for Tabi. We all know your there for the tip, but as a customer do I want to be served by Tabi again. During the entire service I will be thinking Tabi is just here for the tip, not adding to the experience and waiting for me to pay her. It's not a nice feeling of comfort and relaxation to be served by Superficial Tabi.

Highly disappointed. I had been wanting to go for bottomless wings for a while and finally got the chance but was highly disappointed by the way we were treated and the service was horrible. Our waitress completely forgot about us we only got served one plate of food and when we asked for seconds we waited two hours for anything to arrive. Our waitress kept saying that because there was so many people the food would take long but everyone around us was been served whatever they had ordered. Very upset by the poor service.

Was so disappointed in the service! We pay R150 for bottomless wings - but have to wait 50 minutes per portion! So we could only eat 2 portions (not worth the R150). The wings was amazing - but not worth the wait!
If you know the restaurant is going to be at full capacity on a Wednesday for bottomless wings, hire more staff or upgrade the kitchen!

Hooters is always a vibe. The food is great and pairs perfectly with an afternoon of watching sport - wings, shrimp, sliders and beer. The service is really good as well - the waitresses are exceptionally attentive and even on a busy day, your order is turned around fairly quickly. One of my favourite places to watch sport

Had the pleasure or rather the fine dining experience of being served by Camryn777. As per usual the service was impecaple. She was excellent from start to finish. Paying attention to detail. Making sure our food came out on time, pushing the kitchen to get our food out. I mention these things becos no waiter goes the extra mile like this anymore. The service at the table as I said was faultless. Get the full experience get Camryn to server you. 777

Great food and service, had the boneless wings and chicken sliders with 911 sauce, was really really good. Also had the Tank beer and it was great.

Get put into the smoking section only to sit for 1 hour with not 1 single person serving us yet every waitresses that walked past saw our empty glasses and ignored us.

The total experience was OK.
The service was terrible, after getting the first drink order, the waitress was not seen again for almost an hour.
The music is played way too loudly.
The best part of the visit was the food. The food that we ordered was absolutely amazing.

When we sat our table we realized there was salt all over the table, We waited 20 minutes for our milkshakes which tasted a bit sour, we waited an additional 20 minutes for our food which was the shrimp tacos and 4 sliders which were so dry I also asked the waitress if the sliders came with fries she said no and I had to order them on the side. When our food finally arrived I had a huge bowl of fries plus the fries that came with the sliders. The plate literally had a piece of hair The fries are swirled and were tasteless there was no sauce on the table to add to the fries. The salt shaker had rice bits in it I wasn’t sure why. They had a roll of paper towels on the table that kept flapping around (we were sitting outside) I couldn’t finish the food because I really just missed my Big Mac and saw the big M sign only after we started eating our waitress was missing in action and I had to get up and go look for her. When I finally found her she brought the bill and I had to request a speed point which didn’t work and she made me pack all the food together and still wanted a me to tip her I tapped my card for exact amount and left.

Went for the eat as much as you want and got charged for the second plate no idea why.
Wings were Rubbish anyway.

The food was ok but am horrified by the rude attitude of our waitress, she was incredibly aggressive, never cleared the table, brought our food in stages so half would need eating while the other half day there hungry. After waiting for nearly an hour for my last glad of wine, I got up and asked her to target cancel it as we had to leave, her response was, "oh just chug it. " When we received the bill I could see why she didn't care about service or her attitude because the tip is automatically included in the bill. Needless to say will never be back.

We attended the "Friends" quiz night and it was a blast. Great turnout. Our waitress was awesome but she was let down by the kitchen as the food was SO slow to come out. This wasn't great as my tween daughter was with us and she was a little hangry. When the food did arrive, it was good and we wolfed it down. Thank you for a memorable evening.

Great food, great service and always the friendly smile from the dedicated employees at the Fourways Hooters. Never a dull moment whether you are stopping for a drink after work or closing the bar with your group of friends. Highly recommended for Sport or a craving for boneless wings.

Honestly my least favorite spot. Pay for full Draughts and get 3/4, ask the waiter about the menu and has no useful answer… pay 100 bucks for a steak sandwich or baguette or whatever and get tough, unchewable beef strips pounded into an indigestible stale bread. Something you wouldn’t pay 15 rand for outside a pick n pay. One would like to complain and request a replacement but the waitress comes around once every hour or so if not worse. Honestly if hooters didn’t cater mostly to blind drunks you’d be out of business in a day at this branch. The decor is bland. I must admit I had a single positive experience and that was the girl who greeted me at the door to take my temp. Hope she gets an opportunity she deserves.

Always a good place to visit for a drink or a good meal. Service is good, food is good, beer is cold and lots of TV screens to watch a variety of sport.

I didn't have the best experience - I was sitting outside and had to go looking for waiters more than once.
And the food was average

Just down to extremely poor management. Waited an hour for food. No explanation as to whats going on, no apology. Not the waiting staff fault just poor management.
