Great products, great service. Core drill broke and they fixed it within minutes
I went to the company and requested automatic hatcher + incubator. I was told the machine is automatic and it will stop turning on day 18 of incubation, guess what it was all a lie, the machine doesn't stop turning as a result I lost my money for fertile eggs. 4000 down the drain.
I bought a 3 barrel Slushie Machine in 2018 and put some marketing stickers onto it to modify it for my small tuckshop. Before I bought the machine I was reassured that they had spare parts for it but this was not the case. I spent R1000 in 2019 on 20 silicon seals that did not even fit onto my machine and when I called to tell them this, I was disrespectfully told that because I had lost my receipts they would not help me at all. Do not do business with these people they are scammers, have no capacity and are just middle men.
