Good day this is the worst service ever. Had my child there for a procedure and she had a allergic reaction to the medication. The person that was assisting us went to go and ask if a dokter can please come and help. She was put in a wheelchair and i was told that the dr could not help us and the nurse told me that i must push her muself to the car and take her to the hospital myself. Se was going in to shock her finger where goining stip was struggling to breath se could not move her arms and hand and her face was tingeling. This was very bad when i asked wat if something happens while driving to hospital they did not even answer me.

It's very nice place very friendly stuff and really good doctors thanks to DR N Swart for her help this morning with a friend of mine was sick she is very good doctor and she treated us with to much hospitality much appreciated

Doctors are great but the receptionists and admin staff are shocking. I have never been treated with such disrespect.

Terrible Terrible do not go. Very unhelpful. Took my father there due to serve tooth pain and he requires an extraction, the dentist looked for 10 minutes and referred us to a dentist at Pretoria East hospital. When we called there next booking is available in late September almost 2 full months away. No help offered. They hit us with a bill with no help and nothing done. Our medical aid didn't go through even though it was active, I don't think there systems are working so we had to pay cash. What a waste of time and money.

People pick up and pretend not to hear what you are saying until when you give up. That means if you are very I’ll you can even die without being helped.

Dr Lize Meyer conducted herself extremely unprofessionally with me, everytime I dealt with her, I had given her respect and the benefit of the doubt seeing that she was the only doctor not fully booked, only to be spoken to with disregard and disrespect, our consultations are always open ended without diagnosis and rushed to a five minute interaction, she didn't help the continued issues i had been experiencing, i went to another doctor eventually who finally gave me the correct diagnosis, she did a papsmear for me and it was literally the most uncomfortable experience iv ever had, it shouldn't have been that painful and socially uncomfortable. She did not have any understanding for the critical the circumstances I was in at the time that i had to change doctors.

I didn't realize how painless a papsmear should be when I went to a better doctor.

I wouldn't go to intercare woodhill again and I suggest Noone else should either. They employ inexperienced doctors that waste your time and money! The biased approach to their doctors bad behavior and lack of accountability by the Manager is testament to how badly this institution is being run.

The online booking system is just regressing. A few years ago it was so easy to book online. Now its so user-unfriendly and it keeps timing out.

Pathetic dentist service. Arrogant and unfriendly, starting from reception. I went to C van Geer. The reason was a small piece of filling which fell out of molar tooth, just to protect it from further damage.

The dentist put too much filling and instead of polishing out her own excessive job, she started drilling on my crown on another tooth. Then she charged my medical aid for "emergency dental treatment" (there was none) and "full oral examination" (hardly a 3 second glance cannot be called that).

Aftermath: Paid nearly R 1k for a pathetic service. Tooth feeling lasted a couple of months and fell out. All my tooth fillings always lasted for years. Weird experience, way too expensive for extremely poor quality.

Will never come back and will not recommend anyone.

Dr. Ina de Beer at Woodhill Intercare saved my life. This is a doctor who did breathing exercises with me at 4 am in the morning just before I was hospitalised with severe covid. A capable and amazing doctor, and an even more amazing human being. Thank you, doctor Ina, for the medical care and the incredible compassion. God bless you over and over again.

I usually go to the Lancet at Parkview for my blood works and their service is usually fantastic. This was unfortunately not the case today (4/6/2022)

Before I went there I checked on the internet if they were open because its a Saturday and I know they will close earlier. I saw they were open untill 13: 00pm. I arrived 12: 48pm to a closed Lancet. After knocking a few times a lady opend the door and said they were closed. I replied and said but its not even 13: 00pm how can you be closed. She replies they they close at 12: 50pm so that they can clean and prep for the next shif. Surely this should be done after you close at 13: 00pm.

She didn’t even offer to help or anything. I get that it might have been a slow day but not being willing to assist me when you should still be open is just bad service. So either update your trading hours or stick to the current ones.

Very rasist and unprofessional doctors at Parkview. Rather go to the new branch at Castle Gate. The staff and docters are very kind and patient.

Made an online booking with Dr. Opperman at Intercare Woodhill branch and after paying his doctor visiting fee of over R600 and blood test fee of over R2000. I was told without asking Dr. Opperman that he would personally call me to give me the test results the very next day this never happened and it was very hard to get hold of him for some odd reason! I was told that I would have to make an appointment to speak to him about my test results.

After speaking with Dr. Opperman two days later he charged me again just to tell me my blood test looked ok.

. Also have to mention this was my first ever visit for a medical checkup from intercare and I never even got a blood pressure test very unprofessional.

I also noticed that they tried to tell me to come in again just to get me to pay the extra premium as the phone call appointments cost less than the in-person visit. There are very sly tactics at work here luckily I insisted on speaking to him over the phone just to hear my test was ok.

I would have gone back to do other tests just to be sure of the status of my health but I decided not to after this whole shady ordeal. If you can not trust a doctor's word you better ask yourself why continue with him? Tried to voice my concerns to the Intercare branch directly but I was completely ignored so not sure if this is normal practice for them it might just be.

Staff is friendly, polite and knowledgable, the rooms is neat and nice. I drive from Hartbeespoort every second day to visit my wife, i am only allowed from after 2pm, its an hours drive for me home, to pick up my daughter from nursery which leaves me with an hour visiting time, the rules needs to be adjusted to accommodate certain circumstances! Never had any issues at Medeclinic Kloof, would rather recommend it.

I went there yesterday and l was attended to by Dr Corne, l was nervous she did an emergency root canal, it well very well by God's Grace, l wish all my previous dentist visits were that pleasent

I recently moved to this side of the town and had to go in to see a GP today. So I changed Intercare's and this was my first experience at Woodhill. I had such a positive experience. It was a smooth process walking in and setting up a new folder. I booked an appointment with Dr Setsiba. It was a refreshing medical experience. She makes you feel comfortable, she's thorough and she takes the time to explain things to you. Unlike previous GP's where it feels like they're just rushing you out the door from the minute you walk in. She's great, knowledgeable and I would recommend her to people who are deciding which GP to pick when booking an appointment at this Intercare.
