I purchased the baby biltong knife. It is very well made in the sense that nothing overlaps or sticks out around the sides_giving the impression that it was rushed. It is very well fitted and finished off professionally_suggesting a strong passion was indeed lived out in the making of this knife. The wooden handle around the steel is carefully done, too. It is smooth to touch and looks decent. What I love about it is that it looks like a hunting knife, but fits and cuts just like a biltong knife does. It is as creative as it is beautiful. I highly recommend it.

INyathi handmade knives are of exceptional, high standard knife. I remember Robbie, the pioneer, as a humble friendly and always an accomodating friend. He showed me his factory in Kleinmond by then, organized with high quality machinery. Never hisitant to take me through the proses of making his knives.

I hand him a book on Laguiole knives and told him to makes his own. He excepted the challenge and came up with an equally if not better as Laquiole (not a brand by the way but a small town in France were the extinguished shape originate from)

I was not in the market at the time buying one since recently. Phone his son, Stefan learning sadly that Robbie passed on. Stefan took over with excellence and carry on a legacy of high quality knives of all shapes and sizes.
