False advertisement on products on pamphlet bought a cell phone which said free cover free data which i did not get and then specs on the pamphlet and the phone was not the same i asked before i left is my slip or warrenty in the box she said yes got home nothing now i have to drive back to the mall what a waste of my petrol so disappointed in this jet
35+ people in the que. 2 cashiers. One is busy with a return. We have been standing close to 30 minutes. And we have decided to put everything down and go to another store. Clearly they do not care about customer service. I highly doubt that I will ever come back to this store.
