5Just waited 40 min in a que. This store needs a better store manager or a better POS system it takes the cashier 1 min per Item. I saw 50+ clients leave due to the que.
Generally love jet, they have good deals. However, I think the store is understaffed, long ques with slow service.
The fitting rooms are still under construction, the shop is small and have a limited amount of clothing. Prices are good and worth having a look if you are on a strict budget.
Unsafe environment to shop. No security whatsoever in the store or at the doors. Staff very unhelpful when my cellphone got stolen today (Saturday 17th April 2021 @ 12h45pm). The incident took place within seconds and it was VERY easy for the thieves to get away. It was easy for them to create chaos when they "accidently" bumped into me and stole my phone from my bag, as the shop is quite cluttered and easy to hide between the clothing rails. It is an upsetting ordeal and it also creates a lot of inconvenience for me. THERE IS NO SECURITY! Only a few cameras at the tills. JET Stores need to step up especially at a time where crime is sky high.
