All the staff members were so friendly. Even forgot my eye glasses in the car and I was given the opportunity to go get them. My license renewal was ready within 3 weeks and received an SMS.

There is no justice there. No one knows what to do when customers are stuck even the manager. Systems are not in order.

Probably the most efficiently operated gvt center in all of gauteng.everything flows effortlessly and there is less of that corruption you see in other centers

This is the best Traffic and Licencing Department ever! Wow.the service is awesome. From the two front guys at reception and the ladies that helps with payments.and also the invigilator when we write. Ah man! Lovely service. Very happy. Also the security man! Lovely people that assist you with patience!

Prdp we need help regards our licence

What a poor service I don't wish to go there again ever from the security guy to management, I booked for my PDP to be renewed they just said they wouldn't be able to assist me because they don't have water, someone offered a bribe they opened for him. I will report this also to the superiors

It's was good but ay some of the guy looks lazy, when u ask for help they just look at u, but the ladies are quick to help

Today I had the most horrifying day ever at license department in kagiso, I was degraded by a security guard and a cleaner who made fun of me and laughed behind my back while I cud hear axcatly what they where saying about me.im very angry ofwhat has happened and feel they don't respect their jobs.and the cleaner was not even on her post.the security is called "Madlamini" and the cleaner her name is Thully after everything they done they went very rude when I asked what was the joke.we don't need people like these in a working space while you work with people.where we rely on them with help and safety.anyone pls email me I want head office email adress

Came here twice for collections as when I went the first time there was load shedding so they were closed. I would advise looking at the schedule before going.also collections cut off time is 2pm

I have a problem with one of your employees (Charles Tlhabyani) he works at kagiso traffic department. My wife went to renew her license at kagiso traffic department, and he was assisting my wife with the eye testing then he told my wife that she failed an eye test of which my wife saw that she passed an eye test... Then Charles asked my wife "what can she offer him in order to pass the test". My wife is not longer feeling safe to go to kagiso traffic department because of such perverts. These are the guys who will end up raping our wife's and sister's. It seems like he always does that to women for him to get something in return. The person must be dealt with immediately because we cant tolerate such behavior in a public work place.

Staff working at Kagiso License Dpt are giving driving schools people more priority than an ordinary people who would walk in for either Driver licence renewals or any other things. And that is so clear that there is something illegitimate going on there. Trust me.but one day is one day. I m gonna zoom into it

The staff is efficient even though the paving outside needs to be repaired, a lady tripped and fell. The facilities are clean and the service providers are clued up about their duties

HELPFUL, HAPPY, NICE staff! - ALL of them! (Except maybe for one lady at the front desk, who seems to help according to her moods, luckily she's not always there)

I wrote off Krugersdorp dtlc like a shot after coming here.

This place actually has openings on the online booking! Like all the time!

Even the yard (for the yard test) is literally on the opposite side of the center, in its own little space! (You can't BEGIN to imagine how LESS STRESSED you are doing the exam like this!)

I'll definitely recommend Kagiso over all the other places. It just works. It is just better.

New building, clean space but no parking. Security staff are on power trips and doesn’t allow anyone in. Staff not very helpful, but like shouting at people in vernacular, when not everyone understand. More organised than Randfontein.

The lady that helped me was not helpful, but SUPER helful. Friendly and clever.
