My dearest aunt, 91 YEARS OLD is lying in Ward 13 after falling and breaking a bone in her hand AND hip. Visiting hours 15 min, not even enough to feed het because hospital staff gave her steak to eat with only one hand and she is half blind and deaf. THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE FOR ANY ACADEMIC HOSPITAL TO TREAT ELDERLY PEOPLE LIKE THAT. NO ONE COMING BACK TO US TO LET US KNOW WHAT NEXT - We just know that they can not operate because she is to old
