What a ripoff. I’ve been a loyal customer for 10 years, spending thousands of rands there. After returning a brand new lens that I never used after 10 days they charged me a 15 percent handeling fee even though I bought another lens that was more expensive than the one I’m returning. The manager couldn’t be bothered, he didn’t even speak to me himself. They’ve lost my business for sure.

First time ordering online from Kameraz, Go Pro Hero 8 Black. Payment went through the Pay gate system and i contacted paygate to confirm. Followed up at Kameraz but they know of nothing. Still waiting for it to be resolved. DONT BUY ONLINE FROM THEM>

I was just wondering whether you guys have the new instax mini 11 camera. And do you accept paying in eBucks using the eBucks card?

Not a bad shop, does have some good stock items, but the pricing can be on the high side, other online shop's do have better prices.

Wow, just read the last review from this Gustav guy. I have been a Kameraz client for more than 10 years and they have always been extremely fair. If I used the equipment I get charged accordingly, it's not that difficult to digest. Maybe you should have rented the lens for 10 days elsewhere (Oh wait, you would have paid almost full retail). One disgruntled review won't affect how Kameraz operates, they simply know how awesome they are. Some people should consider two sides before they selfishly throw out bad reviews like this. I have never received better service from any other photo retail/online store. Kameraz is simply the best in SA by miles and miles
