KAUAI Rosebank

Nice and quiet restaurant.
They made our spicy burritos and smoothies very quickly. My drink was good but my date complained that his Strawberry stinger was very watery.

The service was terrible and the lady I asked to assist me had a terrible attitude. Never going back again.

I love Kauai but this branch needs serious attention. They forever don't have certain ingredients; no strawberries for smoothies and no tomatoes for wraps. The furniture and paint need a revamp.

LOVE their peanut butter bomb - both normal and vegan version! Also their avo falafel wrap (without red cabbage for me) is yummy! The staff here are also so friendly and lovely:)

If the drivers cannot find you they do not call you.they do not deliver but you WILL get billed with no refund. Uber eats was the delivery company and they will NEVER refund you I have had many occasions where the driver eats your food. Never again will I order from Kauai or Uber eats

I've lost count of how many times I've walked out of here with nothing because the card machine don't accept payments with a phone

Felt like I am in heaven. The ambiance and the mystical aroma of the brewing coffee. DELICIOUS

Often takes a very long time, and portions have become very small! The food is tasty though.
Also don't understand why smoothies cost almost the same as a meal.

Quite disappointed. Used to be great. The smoothies were tasteless and felt watered down. And the wrap was also tasteless and soggy. Not rushing back here.

Wraps and Burgers are absolutely delicious. I have been ordering here for the past year and the team at Rosebank have been consistently delivering excellent quality food and customer service. Thanks to Zanele, Suzan, Pumedza and Drivers. Keep up the excellent work. Attached are pictures of the Steak and Avo Wrap and the Normal Burger. I have been only using the Kauai App for my orders and purchase subscriptions which offer great savings on wraps, coffee and smoothies.

This brunch uses broken crockery. It's not good to serve food for sit-down in broken crockery. Also cutlery do not look good and need to be changed.

I had zero issues with my order and customer service. Staff were friendly, got exactly what I ordered. I ordered the Chipotle Steak wrap which was delicious. I also ordered the smoothie with all of the greens in it. Overall I'm happy.

Firstly let me start by saying that this has been my go to place every time I'm in Rosebank. Fresh food and loved their vegetarian options including their vegetable juices but recently the quality has dropped. Today I ordered 2 wraps and the normal burger. Burger patty is not well cooked, pickles are not fresh and the wraps are dry.

The worst service. I waited more than an hour and a half for my order. Will literally never order from them again.

Great vegetarian options, new no bull burger as well as great smoothies makes for a wonderful meal, quite filling.

I'm a regular at Kauai and I frequent many of your stores daily. Unfortunately I was not impressed with the service I received from Kauai Rosebank, I was given the wrong order and the staff were not very friendly.

Had to wait for minutes because the cashier was on her phone. And got charged for a wrap when i actually orded a salad and was told it doesn't matter because its the same price

By far the worst Kauai I've been to. EVERY. SINGLE. TIME. I come here the service is slow and very unfriendly. There is always something wrong with my food when it is eventually done. There is no one at the till then a lady eventually comes from the back holding a bowl of greecy food that she is eating with her fingers doesnt wipe her fingers before taking my order and handing me the slip with gross fingerprints on it. She then walks away to continue eating her food and there is no one making my order. Absolutely disgusting and unacceptable.

Service is a bit shaky sometimes, could do with some order as to who’s next etc. I felt like I was jumping the que because I didn’t know who the ladies wanted to serve next. Although I always enjoy the food here and the shakes are delicious! Healthy and yummy, so definitely the best combination yet.
Seating is slim, but seems perfect for the amount of people that visit the place.

I wonder how they make money. 6 employees and 4 customers but it takes 10 min for a coffee to go.
