KFC Epsom Downs

Maybe it's cause I'm a regular and aren't many other affordable restaurants around.
Usually get dry and flat chicken in my crunch burger.
Got the box master recently and I was told there wasn't any lettuce, cool- when I get to eating, there's no tomato as well but I've paid full price and always give R2 for hope. LIKE?

Well I always buy at KFC all over now I stop here and they tell me sorry sir we don't have chicken so I go to chicken licken I was very upset because how can you run out of chicken

Service was excellent. Staff need to be more hygienic. Staff munching away behind the counter. Place is dirty. The staircase leading to the eating area seems never to have been vacuumed or cleaned. All the tables were dirty. I had to clean my place before eating. Staff having a party which is fine but not at the expense of paying customers.

If you get technicians working there feed them also it makes work better and you

All the experiences I have had with KFC Epsom Downs have been delicious! I never knew that they also had a place to eat-in upstairs, albeit with only a few tables. The place was immaculate! It also had restrooms. The food? Need I say more? Keep it up KFC Epsom Downs!

We placed an order via the KFC app a few minutes after 17: 00 in Sunday, 31 July 2022. The order was being processed the whole time until we eventually decided to phone the store (Epsom Downs) around 17: 44 to follow up as our order already had to be delivered by then, according to the app. The guy who answered our call wasn't very friendly but eventually said our order is ready, giving me the impression that our food was probably ready but just sat there. We conveniently received notification Shortly after our call that it's on our way. A few minutes after 18: 00, an hour after we ordered, the food finally arrived ice old and we had to reheat it. The chicken was chewy, we couldn't finish it.

When we emailed KFC's customer care, we didn't get ANY care whatsoever (just a standard email with our case number). 4 days later and still no feedback or response. We are EXTREMELY disappointed! It's unacceptable.

Best Kentucky fried chicken I had in years. The drive through menu is just difficult to read as some of the items are displayed on the other side of the board.

Second time my delivery is short of an item. Delivered by uber eats. Im not happy.

Staff is super slow to hand out Orders there main focus is drive thru Customers forgetting walk-ins Customers also take priority

I have ordered from your Epson Down branch for delivery

I had ordered 3 plus 1 free - I had only received the 3 colonel burgers.

The packaging was open and burgers were a mess.

Not the first time this outlet has mess up or provided poor products.

Close the shop if cannot offer customers decent product or even provide them there product at all.

Tired of FKC, useless

Friendly staff and convenient location. Food is, however, not always fresh (stale and/or refried chips and wings)

The food was okay but the service was terrible, I ordered 2 box master meals, they said that it would take 10 minutes, so I parked and waited and waited and waited, 30 minutes later the lady came to bring my food, got home and the chips had no salt on them whatsoever, they also didn't include any salt in the packet with the order, terrible experience and the drive thru wasn't even that busy. Very disappointing to wait 30 minutes at a fast food restaurant.

Order large pops she rings up medium and im asking for the spice she says its 2.80 i say ok. I ask her to read me back my order she says medium pops i said i asked for large she then tries to say its not worth it to take large its almost the same size and you pay so much more and then she says i have to pay for spice if i take large but not if i take medium but she already told me 2.80 when rang up medium.lol trying anything not to fix the mistake

The staff is always slow and conversations on the side while we wait to order. Most annoying was I ordered a street wise 2, zinger wings and a twister and a very berry crusher and they only gave me the street wise two and I also only realized once I got that I had paid for the crusher but never received. So had to drive back

It's just a small shopping centre with KFC and pnp, its good if you want to buy something quickly from pnp or takeaway shops

Albeit that they closing for the day, we had gotten there just in the nick of time for them to allow us entry to order.

Im not happy at all with the food tonight. The singer burger meat was very dried out and the same with the sweet chillie wrap. I went back in and got another burger sane with the next burger
I am really very disappointed in the food. Staff is friendly and helpful. My rating will be on very poor on the food.

Food quality wasn't great but the employees are kind and friendly. Needs to be faster taking orders tbh

Ewww, put completely off of my meal

Slow service. Rude drive-through employee. The worst experience I have had at a KFC. I'm truly appalled.
