Worst KFC ever. Do not order from here. The customer service for KFC is also horrible. The manager here is absolutely disgusting. The food is so bad.

Chips were dry. Fully loaded spicy chips was dry and lacked cheesy sauce. The new Zinger burger was light weight and dry in taste, I thought the new burger would have enough zinger sauce but that wasn't the case. The chicken patty in the burger was very thin and as a result very crispy. Don't waste your time!

They do not follow notes when ordering through Mr D, chicken is not fresh and crispy, chips was uncooked. The worst KFC, please do not support them.

Absolutely pathetic! Hour and a half for my food and I stay 1 km from the store.discusting

Never order online for delivery with this shop. They mess up orders and send stale food. Its as if they do it on purpose to deliver stale food when you order online thinking they will get away with it. They are dragging KFC brand to their mud ground!

Wasn’t allowed to adjust my order or the cashier will be “in trouble”.
No Coke Zero was no available as per my request and I was charged extra for normal coke? Not the first time having this issue here.

I walked in and then they said they have NO chiken so I went to my oom se plass and caught 6 chikens and I brought them 6 chikens and 4 free and they didn't want them very happy later on I payed the chef to cook them 4 me very nice staff 5 stars I gave him so braai sout and he did me good but he kept 5 chikens

Still no improvement. Especially when you order via delivery apps, they give you stale food with no care.

Still waiting for that one day when I’ll enjoy this branches’ food.

It was on Black Friday and it was packed but the service was quick enough considering and the food was decent. The food court is by one of the main entrances so there will be traffic but on a regular day it's not bad

I ordered dunked wings the I received wings. With the wings I also ordered chips and coke. When you look at the coke there is oil swimming on top and that was before I ate or drank the food. I am very disappointed at this kfc.

The chicken was dry its like they just wormed up the food from last nyt its was really bad i wont do the some mistake of buying kfc fourways or kfc at all.

Im not happy at all poor service late deliveries effect late hour always out of food i wonder why people still order that side another day i was doing delivery when the time i get to the customer was inbed waiting for more than 48minutes next time i will take a proof because always do the same

Horrible service, I would never set me foot there ever again. Bought 9 piece with chips but they decided not to put the chips. Ordering online and having to get to the restaurant and wait while they prepare your meal. They mix orders n give you wrong meals.

I bought All in one feast today at Fourways Mall and am not happy at all my chicken is dry I didn't finish even a peace am so disappointed shame I use to buy it but the one I bought today it a shame if had time I was gonna send it back

Worse service, I placed my order at 14: 11 and it only got ready at 14: 34. I will never go to them again.

This branch is extremely slow. We went there today and it wasn't even busy but they took so long just for like 2 people infront of us and then served us. No doubt the staff is friendly and helpful but we were extremely hungry and they really could have been a but faster. The food was fresh and no problems with that.

Been there twice and order took more than 50 min both time to prepare for simple order, second time part of my order wasn’t even there, would not recommend

I have ordered online from KFC many times but this time I made the mistake of pressing the wrong button for 2 x Colonel Burgers by mistake instead of 2 x Zinger Burgers. I thought it was their mistake and called them but it was my mistake but they so kindly delivered 2 x Zinger Burgers straight away. Impressive Service Thank You

I understand the statement FAST FOODS! I just don't understand why the bad service and lack of same comes hand in hand at some stores!

And yes, this store is guaranteed it's business flow due to the fact your store in the mall.but this doesn't give you the right bad service unprofessional staff and bad food.no!

We pay for some level of service and quality of food and why should we accept any less and when asked for fresh chips which was suppose to have been done first time round.attitude from from staff and a full on discussion.

Pity there is not another franchise on the market to challenge you.but wait for it! This franchise is slowing just losing it and becoming just another oily fast food joint! Sad but true!
