KFC Hazeldean Centre

Ordered food for delivery but food was not delivered to me in Silverlakes. They promised to refund but did not see the refund. Uber eats driver claims he tried to phone me several times which is not true.

This store makes the best kfc I have ever had. The chicken is cooked properly and tastes great. I always order from here when I am craving kfc in Pretoria.

10 October 2022 around lunchtime I bought a meal called the store to let them know of my discovery I was told to bring the chicken back since they can’t send their drivers to mamelodi to pick it up I’ve since been ignored by the indicated manager each time I try to follow up on my case I’ve reached out to KFC customer care after months of running like a headless chicken they tell me I have no legal basis to carry on with the case (no feedback from the investigation) my meal wasted they didn’t even offer me a complementary meal to replace the one that was rotten. (why would a case take 10 months if it had no legal basis?)

Third time in a row that they got our order wrong, and by the time they got it right, everything was cold.

Cleaning chemicals was all I tasted in the tomatoes, I got so sick from the first bite. The piece of chicken was also a third the size of usual. They were extremely slow at the drive through too and the person at the delivery station had to constantly check my slip to see what I had ordered. Poor everything

Order took 2 hours to arrive via uber eats and the number doesn't work when you try to call, all very disappointing!

Would give this branch 0 stars if I could! Terrible customer service, food is never fresh and employees never try to be efficient!

Poor customer service, been there more than once and did not have cashiers on counters, until as customer you ask for help.

Abit slow in delivery of your order.got to have some patience and time.sometimes the drive through is bit quick.

This KFC is around the corner of where i stay 1km. This is the 3de time that the chips is cold the chicken is low. Poor poor quality.

Today I got the most disappointing stale bland and soggy boxmaster ive ever had in my life at this kfc. The paper bag the food came in would probably taste better than this food

Incapable and untrained. Apparently the prices shown on the screens are not what you are charged. Apparently they still have to change their screens.

Unprofessional and rude staff, always out of stock on chicken I recommend the owner to reshuffle the current management,

The people are super nice, ans they have a lot of respect!
I dropped my order back outside KfC parking lot.
While other people were laughing and staring. The super nice Dimakatso came and saved me.
He replaced my dirty/floor food:) with new.
He was very helpful, and service of Flora was amazing.
So guys remember, don't eat while you walk rather save that ice cream for later!

Terrible service, waiting more than 20 minutes in the drive thru line sending the food back twice for incorrect order. Very disorganized and unhelpful staff.

Chicken wings was not warm which was disappointing. Think it must have been pre made a while before my order

Had the worst experience here today. I got there at about 19: 20pm, and i was let through the gate, just before it closed. I waited for almost half an hour only to get told that there is no food when i had to place my order at the drive thru.

The least kfc could've done is close the gate and tell me that they are no longer taking orders. If you let me in it means you will be able to assist me.

It is such a simple thing to inform someome when you can see that you will not be able to assist them. I would've left in peace and not as frustrated as i was after wasting my time there.

Slow service because of a concentration of online orders. Don't go there, rather order online if you want something.

Ordered what I expected to be an all star box meal but instead got a deformed 'burger' (smaller than a McDonald's happy meal hamburger) which consisted of a bun, tiny peace of lettuce, a tiny chicken strip and sauces. Paired with no wings and 2 peaces of chicken.

Since I bought the meal while on my way home it wasn't worth the drive back. Utterly disappointed
