KFC Sandton City

Horrible service very slow. And when I asked this girl makungu regarding my order she was rude. Customer service zero the restaurant closes at 9 but they are telling new customers that they ain't selling chicken teach your workers how to do prep 50mins waiting for food

Extremely bad service. I ordered at the kios that stated order here it took lo ger than the people the were in the line to order at the counter. I waited 45 minutes for n wrap and milkshake. If you think you want KFC please stop thinking. I phone the manager and the owner. He didn't answer his phone. Please avoid this KFC

Had some chicken and colonel burgers and chicken pieces. Well, no we had no burgers since they had no buns - so twisters. This is by far the worst tasting KFC I have ever had. Also the slowest, nearly a hour to get my order. It is what I imagine truck stop fried chicken at midnight must taste like. At Sandton City mall.terrible and reflects poorly on the brand.

On black friday, we popped into kfc, sandton city mall for a quick takeaway whereby they've informed that they had "only one colonel patty and one zinger patty" which was slightly inconvenient but we took it anyways alongside some wings. Upon waiting for the meal, i spotted the kitchen team taking the wings from a barrel bucket WITH THEIR BARE HANDS, no gloves and not a care in the world. I then called the "manager" of the store, who had no name tag, and she then said the team is wearing gloves and I had informed her that you can see through to the kitchen from where I was standing and that is atrocious. The other employees laughed and the ladies at the back continued to use their ungloved hands to pack the food. Absolutely disgusting and unhygienic.

For me this is probably the best KFC ever.their chicken is very well cooked.l have ordered there 5 times and haven't been disappointed as of yet.they made me re-think my love for KFC. The service is always very quick and the team is always very friendly.l wish all KFC outlets were just as perfect.

Definitely not impressed with the quality of the food, the waiting period and also to be told that "sorry sisi, we don't have serviettes". I am not happy to be paying for such.

Probably the WORST KFC ever! Firstly it took near on 45 minutes to receive my order, secondly it was STILL incorrect!
There is no effort regarding anything in this branch AT ALL!
Lastly I hope that this message gets reverted to the person doing a so called “audit” of the branch because to be brutally honest it will do the KFC brand the whole world of good to close to the Sandton City branch and relocate to another area.

Very disappointed with the service I received at this KFC. For a branch in Sandton one would expect quality service but it was the worst. They get orders wrong and don’t even listen to specific instructions with your order. And oh the gravy was basically water

I ordered at 12h50 on Uber Eats. The status kept saying order delayed. At 14h30 I decided to call the customer line as I had already had two drivers cancelling due to waiting outside for a long time. I kept asking the 3rd driver not to cancel as I was starving. Oh well I finally got hold of the Manager who was rude "hello im the manager" as I was greeting back and trying to explain what was going on she shouted "Whats your order number" I politely asked her not to shout at me as I am not the one who messed up here. I told her my name and the exact time I ordered. She said she cant find the order. Just 3min after I hung up, the driver received the order. Its now 14h56 the order is on its way to me. Im extremely disappointed with the service and how the situation was handled

Queuing system not working, staff picking and choosing who to attend to, Been waiting for 1 hour for my order no 2178, worst kfc in SA

Nooo stars for this snails if they can not work with people they must find other jobs.they look so disgusted and worse part they don't even smile. Customer service is bad

Disgusting customer service, got home my order was missing some items had to wait for an hour for my order, can you please just close this kfc there was definitely no need to open it again everything is slow and worse

This is not a fastfood! Slowest service ever! On a Week-end they can’t get extra staff to accommodate the extra customers! No sense of urgency! 30 Minutes to get a twister!?

Bad service all the time and rude stuff members not organized.worst restaurant to be in such a big place

For a KFC in Sandton I'm just dissapointed that the wings were absolutely dry and literally the size of a nail varnish bottle and the small one at that. Absolutely disgusting not even worth the 1 star rating and the R38.90 I spent for it. Even our worst KFC in Durban is better than this branch.

Absolutely disgusting and that KFC Management /Head Office don't respond to reviews either shows their lack of respect for their custoners I take it that they don't care just like the staff they employ. Ordered a zinger box aster. With extra zinger sauce which was also paid for. When food got delivered was soggy with no extra zinger sauce but their normal colonel sauce and absolutely no lettuce or even Tomatoe so can't comprehend the sogginess.

The service is very poor, you have to wait 30minutes+ to get your order. More training is needed here.

KFC Head Office please get more staff in this Sandton city branch. It must be the slowest and Service is bad. Or just change the staff or new management. Something, it’s really bad!

Visited this particular branch 4 times in the last two months, walked out with nothing. They either have no stock, or lazy, uninterested staff - either way this KFC will be going out of business soon.

Placed an order with KFC Sandton when I got to the store I paid and my order was captured, 30 minutes after waiting I saw that my order number is not showing, went to the till tried getting one of the ladies to check my order number her name was Pamela and she just looked at me and continued with what ever she was doing, after 5 minutes another lady came and assisted me and explained that I wasn’t supposed to wait that long coz my order was ordered online couldn’t even eat my food because my lunch was already over, now if this is how your staff behaves you sure gonna loose clients around Sandton.
