KFC Sophiatown

I ordered online. The order took about an hour to arrive! When it arrived, the order was incomplete, I didn't receive the colddrink and the Nugget sauce was missing.
So disappointed: (.

Despite needing to wait for an eternity.

No, that's it, just waited and waited. Trapped in the drive through, with no way of escape.

Service suck, no tomato sauce satchets how do you expect me to enjoy my meal with chips and no sauce.

Finely situated amongst other shops and services like Shoprite and multiple ATM's, optometrist, dentist and GP. Great food, service and location

On more than one occasion I had wait for a long time because there was no chicken. It was still being cooked. And when they finally finished cooking it was not well cooked.

Sometimes service is slow, sometimes the card machine does not work, sometimes the ice-cream is broken and when you leave, check your order first. Otherwise not too bad.

This place has the worst service i ever received arrogant staff waiting for over a our in a drive tru line (3 cars total) and still got food i did not order. Wil never see me again

The store does not accept vouchers from linked partners.
Drafter says since three months aho he reported it and nothing was done.

The employees tend to get your order all wrong. They don't seem to properly listen to customers orders.

Always outshining surrounding KFC outlets nothing bad I can say about this KFC only good things. Keep it up

Always good to be here but Drive through always slow for some reason, even when there are less cars.

Clean, well kept, good service, safety precautions in place. Food on par for this franchise.

It was a Sunday and the lady at the till did everything (looked short staffed), and dragging her feet. She didn't want to change an item on the family deal for something else (that cost the same) and it took forever to get the meal.

The service is quite slow and they're often out of stock but other than that, their service is good!

Just another KFC and not a good one at that. If you like waiting long for tasteless overpriced chicken then this is the place for you.

Very bad was accosted by a young man obviously on drugs cornered in blocking me from moving.had to be very very careful.when i told the staff the lady at the register said the security was off i asked so if he is off dont they have anyone else and she said no.

They are pathetic and unconcerned with the safety of their customers

Useless quee building up wile they serv they friends who sit in theyr cars in the parking lot who is scared of the rain wile other must wait in long queeu inside
