KFC Westonaria

The milkshake was literally ice cream. The lady got our order wrong. When we got to the window to collect our food we only received our drinks and were told we had already gotten our food when we didn't. Very bad service

Am so bored and annoyed, jst bought family treat and box master, in my surprise my box master was not packed in a paper bag the woman said management said thy wasting.had to carry tht box all the way from westonarea area to caltonville.am so bored yerr

This has become a NO zone lately! I bought food, order was wrong, waited for 1 hour and a half. Food was dry and half burned! My daughter got chatted up by drunks and nothing was done about it! No way. KFC wont see us again!

Horrible service, I now drive to Carletonville for KFC. I will never, ever ever ever buy KFC from Westonaria again. I just got mad all over again just thinking about it

Okay customer service. Proper communication with customers. Their coffee machine broke and they made no means to fix it or get a new one.

The meal was great.the service was good.but the tables were dirty when I got there. The cleanliness needs to be sorted out. Tables should be wiped every time a customer is done eating and has left.

Drive through not operating. After waiting 10min not even asked what you would like to order. Other patrons sitting and waiting for their food, since before arriving. Why is this store even open?

No cold drinks, no fruit juice. Why have a menu if you don't have the stock. Actually why even open

Food was nice, store was good, staff was also good, their self service my order number doesn't appear on their screen. So, they must fix that. My only bigggest problem is their rest rooms are just not hygiene and for me hygiene is vital considering the state we in as a country and as a pregnant woman it's easy to catch infections, so, it was a no no for me.

Their chicken tastes like they are using old oil and it doesn't taste like regular KFC style.

They have the worst service at the drive through before you leave you must thoroughly check your order coz they never put what you ordered and they don't care. They are very arrogant even when you lodge a complain. The burnt smell on the meat is the worst and the long wait on the drive through

I was short of R5 and Zintle offered to pay the R5 out of her pocket even if she didn't know me. I will go and give her the money when she is working again but I did appreciate the fact that she offered to pay for me.

Someone should really inspect KFC westonaria its not the first time either the chicken is burned like hell or I keep finding hair in the chicken it happend more then twice someone has to inspect plz they also out of stock almost evreyday when you ask for something they don't have it come back a week later still out of stock series man worst service I've ever had plz do something about it

What is KFC coming to? Stay away! Second time they RIP me off and believe me the absolute last time never ever again. Dont even attempt to call the manager this one only screams its busy and cannot come to the front

Food was not prepared good at all, got food poisening after eating thilthy oily chicken yesterday, the people checking this reviewes please becareful and fo not take food at drive thru before checking on it, disguisting! The people at drive thru window are rude as hell hey, will never buy there again

The drive through is the worst as the waiting period is long. The meat sometimes has an overwhelming old oil smell.

On 1 November 2019 at 8: 30 we were assisted by a very rude and unprofessional girl called MATSHIDISO who was assisting the drive through orders.the service was so slow that we end up asking what was wrong she told us "what do you want me to say" with a very rude attitude no apologies nothing.she even giggled with one of her colleague saying we are annoying for just asking a simple question.kfc please fix your staff don't just hire just anybody.people who doesn't know customers service for that matter

I was given the wrong order then when I back to change the order and got a new one when I got home to eat I found hair in my food

They r unprofessional. I waited for my order for an hour and still after that they said my order wasn't placed on the machine and had to wait for another 30 minutes.

Don't get the crusher, soo watery and doesn't taste as good as other KFC outlets.
The breakfast? Well, that isn't as good either. Order anything but these 2 for your own good
