We have been here since 7: 00am and still not attended. The stuff is very slow they talk more than working. Its risky to be in an enclosed place like this for more than 6 hours while the Covid_19 is still so active and taking peoples lives. Very sad indeed!

Pregnant women stand long h0urs t0 be attended, they d0nt educate new mom's regarding their pregnancy. They merely fill the maternity file with things that they didnt d0. In my file they wrote they have taught me danger signs which is not true. ️

Worst clinic ever. The nurses are rude, mean and very slow. You can get there at 06h00 and leave at 16h00. They don't care about patients or their jobs. The minister of health needs to do something about that clinic. They say the clinic opens at08h00 but they start working at 09h00. The only nurse that actually works is a nurse by the name of Zanele. She is the only one that is actually dedicated. The rest are useless and rude. Some of them walk around like they own the whole place. Collecting medication for chronic diseases should be fast, family planning should be fast and everything else done at the clinic but they would rather keep poor people at the hospital the whole day. By 14h00 the clinic should be empty but you will find people still waiting to be assisted by 16h00.

The service is very much poor, sick people have been here since morning and Iam one of them but still no attendance, I came back from school at 11am and arrived at the clinic at around past 11 to 12, I have not been attended since. A lot of people have given up and left because they were not attended, worse part we haven't even registered our names for our files. I understand we can't all get in or get attention at the same time due to the covid 19 regulations but I mean come on, a person could even die here while waiting for some assistance. I am still at the clinic sick and not even one of the staff has noticed me.this is wrong, old people and very ill people have to go back home without anything, so we all woke up early and came this far and spent our taxi fares (whilst others are unemployed) to be ignored and just started at without any help.are we being ill-treated because it is for free, we are not paying anything? !
