The food tasted great and was well cooked. A very family-friendly atmosphere and a good chill spot.

As for a place to eat Joe sets the atmosphere.
The food.umm it tastes pre made and microwaved up. Why is a wrap served in a sealed packet, its soggy. The pizza, cold and rubber like. Bruger patty was dry and cardboard tasting.
I will be back for the milkshakes though.

I have to say the kota that I had is one of the best ever, everything was well cooked and the cheese kota was so staffed.
The service was exceptional, friendly staff and the atmosphere was great

I waited quite a while for my shake even though it was quiet, or maybe they were not impressed that I wanted to touch and go, whatever the case may be the wait was made better by the cartoons they show on the big screens.

Good food.well priced too.generous bacon portions are always a plus and really great milkshakes

Decided to get a Kota and milkshake for lunch at work. The food took a little bit long, but I got great and friendly service from my server. The Shawarma Kota was divine as always and the butter caramel retro shake was to die for. Would always recommend Kota Joe's.

Food is great too and a great atmosphere. Did you know, you get good old SA chappies with your Bill. Screw the diet.

Milkshakes to doe for and such delicious food. Absolutely affordable and well worth it. We usually do the drive thru but the restaurant had a good vibe too

Verry nice! Milkshakes are delicious, loved the oreo cheesecake and nutella oreo! As well as the chicken strips woth the BBQ sause, OY problem was the music was to loud and I couldn't hear my friends and family over the loud music, but other than that Kota Joe's is a nice restaurant and will definitely go again

I absolutely love the vibe. Stunning place and the staff is amazing. I go back here as often as I can even though I don't stay close by. Waffle on a stick, 5 star!

The food is tasty but the service is slightly lacking. The prices are reasonable enough. It's a decent place to eat out

Let me start off by saying, it was my first time going here, after everyone we know telling us that we have to try it.
We ordered a takeaway along with 2 milkshakes.
Our food arrived and told the waiter we just need our drinks, which he said were on their way.
We waited another 15 min for them, we saw milkshakes go passed us to another table and just knew they were supposed to be ours. Once the waiter realised we were still waiting found the 2 that were taken to the other table came walking back with just one and went to the kitchen to get the other one made. When we complained to the manager we insisted that new ones to be made. When bringing us the drinks finally, there were no apologies given to us nothing. I think the staff and manager need to be send on a customer service course as they need to jack that up. It is a pity that alot of places today don't know anything about quality customer service and simple apologies. The food was good I can't complain there but for my first time I was slightly disappointed.

Yummy milkshakes. A little pricey when feeding a family but good customer service and a cool experience for kids especially.

The food was great and the staff was friendly, they also carried sanitiser with them which I appreciated.
It was just a bit hot in the car, some shade would have went a long way
