The most amazing food we have ever had! The service was fabulous and just an unforgettable experience

The chef here and the one at mall of Africa need to coach each other on how to do the bone marrow steak sauce

Great food and service overall. Would love to visit again. However, for summer it was uncomfortably hot in the upstairs area the team had lunch.

Kream hosted my Sister’s 70th birthday celebration and they did not disappoint. Food excellent as always, service and atmosphere legendary. Very satisfied with Kream.

Went there for a union celebration and it was a spectacular evening.

Whilst ordering they brought us the most divine foccacia bread with flavoured butters - 10/10

For starter I had the Crocodile rainbow roll, which was unique and such a special dish! 10/10

Unfortunately though, my main meal of the pork belly ramen was not the best. The pork belly was melt in your mouth and the poached egg was perfect. However, the broth itself was so salty that the salt burned my throat as I ate and I ended up having to pop to the bathrooms as I couldn't keep it down. 3/10

Lastly, for dessert I had the chocolate log and it was phenomenal, and a nice pick me up after having a bit of a wobbly main. The dessert was perfectly balanced and decadent. I would come back just for that log! 100/10

and lastly, the two servers who served us, I can't remember the female server's name but the male's name was Nice, were both phenomenal. They both tended to our needs well and are excellent examples of what waiters should be.

Kream for the second time offered a top quality dining experience, excellent food with an impressive exotic meat selection, great atmosphere and surprisingly, very good prices.

Baie dankie, wat 'n voorreg was dit nie om my ma se 70ste verjaarsdagviering in jul hande oor te gee nie. Dit is duidelik dat elke besoeker vir julle belangrik is. Dankie vir die professionele diens en hulpvaardigheid. Die waardering is ook groot vir jul feesvieringsbord wat die geleentheid net nog meer spesiaal gemaak het!

Atmosphere is great. Food was delicious and classy. Nice experience with my friends from saudi embassy.

Resting on laurels earned years previously, attention in the kitchen has got itself distracted at the expense of consistently delivered top-end cuisine. I suspect there's a new team in the kitchen following their move to Dey Street.

The food was amazing! The ambience of the place top tier. Our waitress though, maybe she shouldn't be given big tables to serve. We were a table of 12 and she seemed to be very impatient with us. Thembi needs to work on her people skills you can't reprimand your customer for asking for a drink

We’ve been to Kream maybe ten times over the last few years. Never disappoints. The staff is wonderful and the food and presentation beautiful. I asked them for a custom starch with my main (truffled mash cauliflower for those of us Banting people) and they just whipped it out! And it was insanely good! Well done as always Kream!

Genuinely an enjoyable fine dining experience. Nice ambiance, some interesting decor, brilliantly attentive service. The food was impressive to say the least. Eel sashimi, spicy sushi starters were interesting and tasty. The tofu was amazing! Red snapper was crispy, the flavours complementing the fish well. I generally don't eat dessert, but I ate almost half my wife's malva pudding. I have had dozens of them in the past as it is a traditional dessert in South Africa, but I can say without a doubt this was the best one I have ever had, with the accoutrements balancing the flavours perfectly. Must go restaurant.

The menu is simple and clear.
We had two waiters cater to our table of 9. Delicious flavorful food.
Vegetarian meals look and taste Ama-Zing. Consideration and attention to detail is at the heart of Kream Brooklyn, definitely experienced it.
Overall, Excellent customer experience.

Things I think the restuarant can improve:
The waitresses uniform (mini skirt with a slit) and the waiters wear TROUSERS.
Parking- The restuarant parking lot was full when we arrived, would recommend the restaurant gets a sign by the gate just so we know.

One word, exquisite!

They have thee best service! Food was awesome and everything was timely done. You’ve got to try it out, I recommend their lamb shank or maybe the oxtail

Place was nice and clean. Staff was very friendly and welcoming.

The quality of service has went down and the food quality.

This place i will actually give 10/ 10! Hands down the best Restaurant and service in Pretoria. No matter what you are always treat like royalty and best of all is even if you go there once a year the people remember you like it was yesterday. Recommendation to all.
