I visited the place last night and got the best service ever. Jackie, Sabelo and the team thank you very much for making my anniversary a special night.

Came in for the Date Night special absolutely amazing and value for money enjoyed each course. Lovely set up and vibe with breath taking views. Only recommendation is to have 1 person serving a table we had 5 different people serving us to the point where they brought the wrong food to all 3 tables dining upstairs outside. It was a constant discussion validating whether they had the correct order. Other than that 10/10 for everything

Lovely venue, staff are friendly and the food is a bit pricy and the portion of side dishes are small. I will eat there again

The food was amazing. The sauce on the pasta was incredible. Their chips and burgers and onion rings. It's really good. I enjoyed everything there. Especially their bubble gum milkshake.

The waiters are friendly, and there's a gentleman who comes to your desk and offers you some garlic bread. Unfortunately I don't like garlic so I didn't eat it. However, I like the gesture of constant customer engagement.

We booked a table to celebrate my sons 16th. The food was nice. The waitress was very attentive. We really enjoyed the dinner. The manager was also checking on us every now and again. We felt welcomed

Not enjoyable. We were left waiting and the list of things that went wrong is to long to post here. Amongst getting each order wrong and leaving us waiting with little to no communication. Food was tasty and decently prepared

One of my favourite restaurants. Food was amazing and service was exceptional. Highly recommend this restaurant. We were taking care of by Natasha and Dudley who were awesome.

If you are looking for a classy restaurant with excellent table service and food, this is the restaurant. Friendly staff and delicious food made with love. I enjoyed my time here. We even made a reservation for a baby shower. Would definitely dine here again.

Kream was a delight. It's so prestine and classy. I swear everything felt expensive, even though their pricing is quite normal. The service was excellent, we were served by more than 1 waiter (admittedly a bit confusing), but it worked out nicely. I didn't have to wait for service since there was always someone ready to serve. Plus the waiters are full on prefessional. The manager did a great job of telling us about the dishes for the day. Had me drooling just listening to his description of the courses. The food itself was great. Perfectly cooked and well seasoned. I enjoyed my birthday. Didn't expect I'd be getting cake and a poloroid pic, but I must say it made my night!

I’ve heard great things about Kream so finally got a chance to try them out. Unfortunately I found the food quite underwhelming. It feels like they are trying very hard to be a fine dining restaurant but have missed the mark.

Service was very slow, and the manager who explained our specials didn’t seem to quite know what he was talking about (forgetting the specials and having to constantly look at his notes, explaining to us what a radish is, not knowing what certain dishes actually were).

The food however was the biggest let down. We ordered:

• Scallops - completely bland, chewy scallops and an overly-sweet sweetcorn purée. There was also hard peanut brittle in between which added nothing to the dish and was just overly chewy. For over R200 this starter was definitely not worth the money, and the presentation was also quite messy.

• Smoked Pork Belly - the pork tasted like cheap gammon… very little flavour other than salty. The fat wasn’t rendered nicely and was just soft and chewy. The butternut purée was fine but it just mostly tasted like peanut butter. The mustard sauce was quite nice.

• Oxtail - this dish was the best of the bunch. The oxtail was cooked really well and was tender and had a nice flavour. But this was more of a homely dish and something you would find at a pub, not a restaurant that’s trying to be more upmarket. Even presentation-wise it was just a mound of food in the plate.

Overall a very average experience with a high price tag. It’s such a pity because their other restaurant Mad Nomad was excellent, so I was expecting a lot more.

Very bad service food mediocre. Ordered the Cajun fish came with slow roasted tomatoes which were icy cold very unpleasant experience will not be back.

Celebrated my dear friends 40th birthday at this beautiful restaurant. What a great atmosphere surrounding the semi-private room. Princess the waitress treated us like Princesses. I needed Almond milk for my cuppa and she arranged for someone to get it from another store now that's what I call service The food was delish. The staff so friendly. The management totally interactive. We had a blast. Thank you Kream.

We had our team lunch there. Amazing food and service. Will definitely go back. Cater for all tastes, gluten free, low carbs, vegetarians. Lovely setting.

The service, the interior is outstanding. I was unfortunately disappointed with our main course i ordered a steak and my friend had a lamb shank. Both underwhelming, with nit much flavour. The chocolate brownie desert was good though. You may need to check what their speciality is before ordering, i thought the blue cheese rib eye steak would be flavoursome but it wasn't.

Amazing service delivered by all the staff. From the host at the front to the many servers that waited our table including a lady named Tatenda. The staff knowledge and food recommendations was on point and the food did not disappoint. We'll definitely be coming here again.

To start, I had the garlic butter fried snails which are so yummy. Then I had the smoked pork belly and it was cooked to a succulent sortness. The peanut butternut puree was heavenly and out of this world. All my gastronomic senses were heightened with every bite. The Turkish Royale cocktail was also sublime and not what I expected at all.

We were visiting from Canada and celebrating a milestone and the complementary dessert with a message was a first class touch. I highly recommend this place if you're visiting Johannesburg and specifically Mall of Africa.

This is just an excellent fine dining experience! The service is top quality and the food an experience not to miss! For a fine dining experience the prices are very reasonable.

For a restuarant to receive a 5 star rating from me means it really did well and exceeded my expectations. I would even give them 6 stars. The setting is a marvel. The atmosphere booming with fun vibes and happy voices. The elegance in the service rendered and, furniture and decor is displayed beautifully. I loved it. What is important is how you are treated and served by the employees who come in contact with you. I am happy with their services. When asked, "would you like pepper? " with your meal, please do agree, there is something unusually funny yet a great talking point that follows. The place is kept clean and, there are rest rooms which are kept up to standard. This place accommodations large groups to individuals. It has indoor and outdoor sitting. During cold weather, the glass doors are closed on account of the whether and heaters are used to make it cozy. Do make reservations when going there atleast 1 to 2 days prior. You would be lucky to walk in and find a spot. This place is worth going back to, repeatedly.

They are not bad.but for the price not good either. Food is mediocre for the cost. The menu description fails to translate onto the plate.
Service was lacking we had to pay at the till.
