Spectacular! Laura and her team were super friendly, helpful and competent. Our wedding was organized in a very short time (from abroad) and everything was just so perfect! The staff really has everything covered and know how to make you feel welcome. Service was impecable and the decor was amazing. They really catered to our every need. Laura was great and on point with everything (even with the planning before the wedding). Would recommend this place to anyone

When we went for the viewing we instantly fell inlove. It truly felt like home. The staff really went above and beyond to meet all our needs and they were super friendly. The food was top shelf and the decor was absolutely stunning. They couldnt have done anything more to make the night more perfect than it was. It was stress free and calming.:)

Bianca and her team were very accomodating to our request. The Venue is very beautiful. My wedding was everything we wanted and planned for.

We got married at this stunning venue on 01 October 2022. From the first moment we made contact, the team impressed. After our first visit at the venue before making the big decision, we knew it was a done deal. The team cared about our story and we felt an immediate emotional connection. They delivered more than we expected every step of the way. Our every wish became their pleasure to provide. We did not stress about a thing. They contacted us in time for every little detail. The chapel, harvest table, bathrooms, gardens and table decor were breathtaking. The food was excellent. Bianca en haar span by La-Bita Events het regtig ons troue die perfekte dag gemaak, vanaf die eerste ontmoeting met La-Bita Events tot die einde van ons groot dag. Die onthaal, kapel en Honeymoon suite was pragtig. Die kos was uit die boeke en die dansvloer was nie ń oomblik leeg nie. Almal was baie professioneel en vriendelik. Alles wat ons nodig gehad het was tot ons beskikking. As jy besluit

Lovely wedding venue we are in partnership with Labita doing hair and make up at Labita.

The best part is, that Laura and Bianca is fiscally part of the day of the wedding. I have not seen any owners doing everything and working in the kitchen, setting up and making sure the bride is calm and everything is done according to what the bride has in mind.

The comments of the Decor from Bianca and the food from Laura is out of this world.

It’s not just food and decor, they add the Love that is needed showing everyone that Labita is not just a venue, it’s a venue where you will become family and will definitely be treated with respect!

You definitely need to take the time to meet the two Owners of Labita because you will feel at home!

Terrible, Horrific - never again! I do not recommend this place at all. Bianca told me on Saturday that I am the first person (in 10 years that is unhappy). She is so unprofessional and reading the other reviews, I am convinced that she is the liar I thought she is.

We took the all-inclusive package, including DJ, cake, flowers, basically everything except the dress and wife (Total of close to R 40 000)

Our wedding was earlier this year. I will start my review with the good, then end with the needs attention. I want to thank Bianca and her team, for her quick responses when we had questions. The church and reception hall was executed perfectly along with our colors and theme.

Food was not on-par - food could have been better. The bridal suite was beautiful, although the room needs some attention (as listed below) – the cake was delicious. Furthermore, the experience was pleasurable - however, some things need attention and they are as follow:

On arrival, I was given a room to get dressed. The room was so small, for 4 people to get ready in, is impossible, it build up frustration and with a ceiling fan that hasn't been maintained in a long time, it only adds to intense heat.

Looking at the photos that were posted on Facebook from other weddings, we are saddened to see how neglected our gifts table felt (see photo attached, the gift box was supplied by one of our guests) - it was bitterly empty just a runner thrown over, as well as our main table considering how much detail and effort was put in the other weddings for the same package.

I am upset with the DJ, 4 days prior to our wedding day, we sent him a WhatsApp with the songs we would like to be played. During the reception, 1 or maybe 2 of the songs we requested were being played. It seems the DJ played what he wanted to hear, we never requested ‘Biggy’ and this was played twice along with other music that was never requested. Considering most of our guests were on the older side, We specifically chose songs to suit everyone's needs. The sound was turned up way to loud – when asked to turn it down, he did, just to turn it up later again. The DJ also spent most of his time at the bar to fetch drinks for himself. When my wife requested a song, she had to remind him on 2 separate occasions as to when he was going to play the song. Met by a laugh, I find this unacceptable.

I know this part is not La bita – but should be looked at – The following morning our guests complained that their shower heads were clogged up and had to dance around to find water. Not just our room but other rooms as well - the basin leaked into a steel bucket. One of our guests also said that the room fan could not be adjusted (possibly due to lack of maintenance) and was blowing of in a direction that could not be changed.

The breakfast the next morning was not up to standard, for an inclusive package - You would expect a decent breakfast. What was given was Eggs, bacon, and should you want, you can walk to the toaster to toast your own sasko white bread. No fruits or fruit juice / no cereals / no variety. Leaving a stock standard breakfast I could have made at home. It felt like ordering a streaky breakfast at wimpy would have been the better choice.

I feel we overpaid for the service we received at least by R 10 000.

Beautiful and neat place with friendly staff. Downside was service because they started clearing tables or removing things while still eating or drinking (not trained properly) and one of the dishes wasn't enough for all of the guests. For the rest, the wedding went great.

Awesome venue, great tasting food and most of all the most helpful staff. Would really recommend their services to anyone

Beautiful and clean venue and it caters for everything you require. And the host Laura and Bianca are the best. Nothing is to big or to small for them. Great venue
