The waiter Sibulele was amazing and has great energy. the place is beautiful but the music is a bit too loud if you want to relax during the day. Maybe it will work for a night life.

The service was brilliant…the waiter was so welcoming with a beautiful set of white teeth. She took our drinks order and told us it might take time just be patient with me, we were patient and everything was 100% definitely coming back with my friends and unalina please be ready for us. Was very excited to go there because we went to the Cape town branch and it was amazing! They completely forgot we were there and we resorted into trying to order drink at the bar! Ordered food from another waiter from the front desk and waited an hour…. Also just as slow and everyone being very rude or unhelpful! We gave up and rather went to salsa next door.

It was abit too noisy for my personal taste perhaps it was the "Friday Nite Vibes" but that didn't bother me too much was keen to try the food which took 40min to arrive at the table after ordering, service was very slow which I attributed to the full house and what seems like an inadequate amount of staff. Sampled the tapas menu the pork bites were tasty but dissapointed with the portion size the truffle potato skins I enjoyed and the grilled calamari was superb. Tasty cocktails

Food was quite good and the setup of the place is great, inside and out. Not too badly priced. Venue is huge and seems to be able to host hundreds of people, but then the service is going to have to get a massive makeover. Nevertheless, we had a lovely lunch. Thanks.

We were served by Kgomotso, she kept checking on us making sure everything was still good, will definitely come back and will be asking for her again

So disappointed in the food, had high expectations. The food is below average and expensive for nothing. I ordered a Prawn pasta and it was so basic, the portion was small and it needed a bit of seasoning.

Customer service is okay, and the aesthetics and atmosphere of the restaurant is great. I would rate it 5 stars if only the food was amazing.

After making a reservation for a birthday to be held at laparada, we were seated in the corner with no vibes. Did i mentioned we were only 4 people, so it was not a big group. We then asked to be moved outside, where all we heard was the drilling and renovation of the square and the restaurant.
On top of this we ordered a few tapas and pizza, which was below par. The food was cold, truffle potato skins had no taste or truffle oil on, and even the manager tasted and acknowledged there was no taste or truffle on.
Pizza had minimal toppings on, which was cold as well.
Understand the restaurant is still new, but normal service and food to be served shoukd be on the top priority list.
Very disappointed and abit of a let down.

The service is terrible to day the least. We were seated for almost 10 minutes with no waiter coming to take our order. It's been more than 40 minutes since we ordered our food and we still have not received our food. The waitress is nowhere to be seen. I don't know if the staff is on a go slow or they are under staff but this is absolutely ridiculous.

The place is absolutely beautiful especially at night, food and service was also was amazing. Thato was our sweet waitress she's product knowledgeable and very every friendly always smiling. I am definitely coming back again.

Recently opened and alreadt La Parada at Menlyn Maine has a lot of vibe. Food and service great. We only ate off the tappas menu so I will have to come back for some proper mains. Lovely range in price and choice on the wine list.
