The food was absolutely disappointing no taste no salt on flavour not happy what’s so ever.

The margarita probably one of worst I ever ever had. Wonder if its from a packet.
Tequula Sunrise even worse. From a packet I am sure. At 2305 the kitchen was closed on a Friday night with a westlife concert. How has the standards dropped.

Worst crime was that the margarita was not served in margarita glass

It was my first time here, I cannot comment that much, but the environment was great. The snack I had was good and I liked the fact that I was notified about it being spicy although it was hot for me. The cocktail I had was spilled over my glass and it wasn't wiped and that made it looked untidy.

Overall, it was a nice experience there.

Not sure if the regular menu is much better. The event menu is over priced and offers very poor value for money. Rice was over cooked and flavorless. Chicken although tasty was an exceptionally expensive few chicken strips. Overall very disappointed and unlikely to recommend or return.

First time eating Mexican. I was pleasantly surprised by the menu. The service was good and the food tasteful. I will go there again as we had a great dinner.

The place is very well positioned and gives you views of the surrounding area if you sit outside. My waiter was Prince and he was incredible- super attentive, helpful with recommendations and very friendly. I found the food to be a bit pricey for the portion size but it was delicious all the same. Very clean. I also ordered nachos to go and they were packed neatly with the toppings separated so I can assemble it myself later.

Only reason I gave it a 4 is because there’s no option for a non-smokers area. I do lot smoke and eating whilst inhaling smoke is not a very enjoyable experience.

Loved the bar and great cocktails!

We celebrated my wife's birthday there on Saturday. The atmosphere was great, food really good and waiter very attentive. The management checked on us at least twice. Was really a treat and we can recommend La Rosa with confidence.

I booked for my birthday and wasn't informed that there will be a live performance. I didn't mind the show, it was great. However, the music was unbearably loud. I asked politely 4 times to the managers to please just ask the artist to put the music slightly softer as my friends and I were literally screaming at each other in order to have a conversation. Every time the manager told me she/he will ask the artist, which they never done and as I was walking away I saw them laughing at my polite complaint and favor. I understand that everyone is here to have a good time.but EVERYONE wants toe have a good time.thus, let people be able to converse while others dance. I am just totally upset with how I was treated as it was my birthday dinner as well. Our waiter was great, but the evening spent at La Rosa was horrible. -10 rating just for how I was treated by the managers.

Noisy and very very loud music! If you want to catch-up with some friends I will not recommend this place.

The staff is very friendly and very helpful. The vegetarian options are pretty poor when compared to other Mexican restaurants. Please DO NOT order the vegetarian tacos. They're just steamed vegetables in some bread. There is no flavour or cheese or salsa. It is absolutely miserable as a meal. The staff understood the problem with this poor decision by the head office and were very helpful. Good drinks and service, just not the best food.

The service was honestly terrible, had to chase the waiter for the bill. Drinks made me feel as if it was the first time they made it would not recommend the bar experience.

Reservation was not in the system although done per e-mail and confirmed by phone. The whole place smells like a restroom, apparently some pipe problems. From order to main course took over an hour for a party of 8 and the place wasn’t busy at all.

Booked lunch for 27 Feb 22 to celebrate my birthday. We were warmly welcomed by Cuan, our server. Service was good, food was good and arrived promptly, drinks were as expected, ambience and decor as befitting the Mexican theme. The thing that blew me away was the churros, I'd never had them before so didn't know what to expect. Wow! A must try. Our hostess, Gretchen, was friendly and professional. Overall a good experience.

The Tacos and cocktails were nice but unfortunately the rest were very disappointing. I expected much more

Staff and food are both great. Fantastic selection of tequila. Basic margarita's are pricey though. Love the decor too.

The starters were delicious, had the pulled beef for mains which was disappointing. The churros were too hard and also disappointing. The atmosphere however is great
