You are really sad.
One always has to wait weeks for an answer from you and you are always full of stories.

These people are so good! I am sure they can solve any appliance problem.
Fridge, freezer, washing machine, dishwasher etc parts.
I sent an email and Rhyno replied fast.
The part did not fit even though it was for the same model and my money was returned.
But then the salesman whose name I forgot, fixed the broken one perfectly.
This was excellent service!
Ps: Do not fear the queue. It moves super fast.

Recently, I ordered some spares and made a mistake by paying about 10 times the invoice price. I was promptly contacted by Bernard and he organised the refund for me. Very impressed by his service!

Amazing service from Charl! He was very responsive, kept me in the loop and was professional. Incredibly impressed as this is the second time they were able to find parts for me that I couldn't find anywhere else and were a lot faster than I expected even though it had to be ordered in.

As always will to help.they assisted to test my thermostat for my tumble dryer. Asked them if I could buy the new element and uf mine works if I could return it. They agreed. It's nice to see people trust their customers. Needless to say didn't need to return product as mine was faulty.spared me a trip back when I tested mine. They gave me advice on how to test it. They have almost all parts you look for at great prices. I drive all the way from Faerie glen to buy parts.

Fantastic support service received from PW when I ran into problems with an electronic apparatus bought only three months ago. Replaced it with a new one, without hassle.

My wife called in connection with a required part for our oven, but instead of helping and guiding her the person on the phone laughed at her for not speaking his jargon.
I guess people have different ideas of what professionalism is - not a good impression.

The person that helped me was very proffesional, friendly and helpful. Even though they didn't have the part, he is pulling out all stops to locate the item and keeping me up to date.

I visited L&V 3 weeks ago regarding element supply and was passed off by 2 salesman saying I could not be helped. This morning I took a chance on a second visit and was assisted by a young man by the name of BARNARD CILLIERS who went out of his way to help me find a solution. This young man displays all the characteristics of a GREAT Salesman. He has restored our faith in the companies brand and we will continue to support the service. Good for appliance spares but my experience with repairwork done by them is that the work is overly expensive. Do it self.

These people are competitively priced and are excellent with their service. Their professionalism is unbeatable - keep up the good work.
