Life Faerie Glen Hospital

Arrived for admission 6 am in Ward 1.
Only night shift staff member greeted me and my sister. At the bed at some time I started counting 16! Times staff entering and leaving not even acknowlege my presence. Afyer 5 hours the thwatre was there to push me. They realize They never admitted me. With a painful knee I had to dress, give urine, answer questions since we had only 5 minutes. Worse experience ever.

Really great service. From the parking guards to the doctor, really good service. My mother had a back operation and spend 7 days with you, we are all happy with the care you provided. Keep it up. Thanks for the great work life faerie glen hospital team.

My husband had a fusion with Dr T Kruger. What an absolute wonderful experience even though back operations always seem very daunting. It clearly doesn't have to be. All the staff were friendly and helpfull.
Sr Annetjie is an absolute Angel.
The food was also good
All round we would recommend thus hospital.

They're renovations, cars park outside on the sun but they're physically looked buy security guards

Went in yesterday for Vertebroplasty and had a bid of a shaky start because you have to park outside at 05h00 and then a golf cart takes you to reception due to renovations and I was not dressed warm. But then everything changed admitted within 5 minutes and had a warm welcome at ward 1. I never had to wait to get assistance when I needed to use the bathroom they were there at the press of the button. Did not have to ask for pain medication they knew exactly when it had to be admitted. Food was excellent, theatre staff very friendly. All in all a very good experience. Thank you so much

Who would have thought that five days after an back operation I'll be able to walk, stand and eat by myself with assistance from the staff. I'd like to thank the management of Life Faerie Glen hospital for the excellent service that I've received from the staff, whether it was sisters, doctors or nurses and allied health services- everybody was absolutely perfect. I must also stress that you are only going to receive what you give, so I've learnt that if you give respect you receive respect in all circles of people you come into contact with.
