I have been coming to Lonehill Orthodontics for 4 years and first time today I dealt with the dental assistant Shirley and was treated like I am there begging while I'm a paying customer. The dental assistant Shirley spoke across the room telling the receptionist I must reschedule and come another time because I was 5 minutes late yet I still had a whole 40 minutes left of my booked time. She then tells me she can do my retainer in 15 minutes yet I have 40 minutes left. And then after that she tells me she'll start but if the next client comes I will have to sit with unfinished treatment and wait. It felt like she just did not want to even work on my teeth. She is rude. I never had such treatment in 4 years from the staff and Doctor Ferreira.

Awesome, staff, very professional and welcoming. At completion of treatment patients are very happy with their smile.

My daughter's braces have just been removed and we love the final result. Thank you to Dr Essop and his team.who are all very friendly, kind, efficient and accommodating. Would definitely recommend this practice.

Everything was great! The staff are all amazing! I have sensitive teeth and you know how that can be with cleaning etc, but these guys were so accommodating with me and they made sure I was always comfortable. I was given step by step feedback of how my progress was going with my braces at every visit etc.honestly it was great! Now that my braces are out I’m actually going to miss going to my appointments.

I am happy with my results. I now have the perfect smile. Dr Ferreira is very friendly and welcoming. The staff was very welcoming.shout out to Melissa, the most friendliest ever. And then there's Kutullo, Lebo and the rest that I don't remember their names. I was forever looking forwarding into seeing their happy faces. I will definitely recommend this to my friends and family.

The fabulous Dr Ferreira worked miracles in my mouth! When I saw my initial mould, I was shocked and so pleased with the outcome. She and her team are amazing. They make you feel so welcome. They are friendly and effecient. I would highly recommend her.
